We are delighted to say that we were treated amazingly well at Jaguar of Riverside. We were taken care of from the minute we arrived and were greeted immediately by service advisor Erin Dang. He was very personable and professional in taking care of us and answering all our questions. We had to leave our car and we were provided with a loaner car for the week. We were also sent a video explaining that all the vehicle's check points had been covered. Upon returning on Friday to pick up our repaired vehicle, Erin explained everything that was done and what could be needed in the future. The car was sparkling clean as we approached it to take home.
We thank Erin and all the service staff for having our car ready in a timely manner and doing an exceptional job in maintaining our car with great service.

Ivan is the best. He’s compassionate and cares about not only getting my car repaired but he shows genuine concern for me as a customer. It’s not easy to trust what you don’t know or understand, but he takes the time to do thorough research and ensures me that the recommended services are needed. I am confident that my car is in good hands and the problem is being fixed.
