“I recently had the opportunity to get my engagement ring serviced by this business, and honestly, I feel like my review won't do this amazing establishment justice! My wonderful husband of almost 11 years decided to surprise me with an upgraded ring featuring a new center stone. After visiting a few places that quoted us ridiculouslyhigh prices, we noticed this business while driving around our neighborhood.
I reached out and was able to speak directly with the owner, who was incredibly honest and upfront about the pricing. He took the time to explain the entire process and listened carefully to what we wanted. It was really important to both of us that the new center mount maintained most of the original setting as possible, and he did his best to accommodate that request.
The owner provided a clear timeline and was always communicative throughout. He was quick to follow up and worked comfortably within our budget, which truly felt like an answered prayer. The final result exceeded all our expectations! It's a stunning ring, and I’ve received so many compliments on it.
In addition to that, he kindly transformed the original mount into a beautiful pendant that I wear every day. His genuine care for his customers, along with his kindness, friendliness, and extensive knowledge, really made this entire process easy. I will definitely continue to support his business.”

Professionalism and cleanliness were top-tier, which is especially important to me given my background in the medical field. Eric, my piercer, immediately put me at ease. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated his sterilization process, provided proof, and ensured every step met proper standards. When we realized the jewelry size I initially chose wasn’t ideal for healing, he recommended a longer piece for safety and symmetry - and then re-sterilized everything before proceeding. That level of attention to detail really stood out.
The front desk staff was also incredibly helpful, walking me through aftercare and even helping me find a reputable shop in Austin, TX(my hometown) for future resizing.
Overall, the experience was welcoming, professional, and detail-oriented. I paid around ~$180 for the procedure, jewelry, and cleaning solution, which felt fair given the cleanliness, expertise, and care provided. I’m someone more than happy to pay a little premium when those standards, especially coming to cleanliness, are met since I am aware there were pricing discomfort in previous reviews.”
