Dr. Munson is wonderful. I trust her implicitly to take care of my babies.

Ive taken both our cat and our dog to see Dr. Munsun and she is wonderful with both types of animals. Our dog had a stomach thing, our cat injured himself jumping from a high place. Both times the staff fit us in to be seen and were so wonderful and accommodating. The care was amazing. Our dog was better in a week after some antibiotics and probiotics and rest, our cat, got some much needed pain relief , updated shots, and some acne wipes (he had a little cat acne under the chin). Dr. Munson took time at each appointment to thoroughly examine both pets and discussed all treatment options and explain medications. I moved some distance, but I make the 40 minute drive to see her. Its worth it. And it was all affordable - both visits!

My first time at this veterinarian clinic after a horrific incident with vet pro on Van Buren which left me leery about trusting veterinarians. I have a small Chihuahua that Is ill. I saw Dr Ross on Saturday she is awesome, and compassionate. Frankie had surgery Monday by Dr Munson. Dr Munson called me immediately after the surgery, explained every detail of her findings, and future vet care for Frankie. I'm so happy and feel very lucky and fortunate that I found this clinic. I felt that I left Frankie in good hands that morning. The entire staff are all warm, compassionate, pet lovers. I highly recommend la Sierra veterinary clinic. I found the best of the best! Thank you so much Dr. Munson and Dr. Ross and your wonderful staff, if I could give you 100 stars I would in a heart beat!

I love this place so much they treat my dogs so well especially Diana she's always so caring and loving to my dogs and has very good customer service. She was very helpful to my mom with explaining in Spanish everything about the treatment for our dogs. The waiting area and rooms are always kept clean and the atmosphere is always a happy one. We'll continue to come here because of the great experience we have everytime we go in!

The doctor is great and the facility is super clean however they have two locations and sometimes rotate the receptionists. I swear one of them just doesn't listen to you. So I came during their walk-in hours for my puppy to get her nails trimmed. I sign in and follow all the check in measures. It was $23 which was a little expensive but they're clean and my dog loves the girls there. I go to check out and they tell me my total is over $60. I look at my receipt and it shows she got two shots. The front desk didn't even know if that actually happened today or rolled over from my last visit. Come to find out when they took her back they vaccinated without my knowledge. Yes I want my dog vaccinated but I was told to follow a specific schedule and they took it upon themselves to decide for me when my dog got vaccinated then proceeded to shame me for bringing her in early. I clearly wrote on the sign in sheet I was there for a nail trim. The girl clearly just didn't even listen to me when I was talking to her. I'm still up in the air if I'll go back or switch vets.

Before coming I called the clinic and spoke to Tanya, excellent customer service. I bring my dog in and the other two women up front are total opposite! Doctor and the nurse were good, friendly, and all. I will not be back to this clinic. The vibe was a mixture of you're bothering the front desk gals to kind of a rush.

I would give these people negative stars if possible. My wife's cat of 13 years passed today. She took Bruiser to La Sierra Veterinary Clinic and immediately called me to let me know what happened. I left work on the spot which is in Corona Sixth/ Grand at 5:55 pm and hauled a** so I could be there for her and also say goodbye to Bruiser. At 6:05 I received a call from my wife saying these 2 young girls had told her they were closing. I was passing Pierce St at that time and said i would be there within 5 minutes. They closed anyway as i was pulling into the parking lot. So much for saying goodbye. I always thought Vets cared more about people and their pets, but not this one. I will never take my dog or cats to this place. I wonder if we will get Bruisers ashes or some other animals? Very disappointed with these people.

Since my first review, some things have changed here, while others have not. One thing that has definitely not changed is that I'm still getting the same high-quality pet care I've been getting since 2007. When I first reviewed, I had been seeing Dr. Schrader; she now is based at the Canyon Crest location, and so my pets have been seeing Dr. Munson. Like Dr. Schrader, Dr. Munson also treats "exotics" (including my rats). She is a skilled surgeon, and as often as rats have growths, that matters a lot. She is also great, though, with just the day-to-day issues that come up with rats: sneezing, myco flareups, little injuries, strange behaviors. We really appreciate her communication, and her willingness to listen, to research, and to share information. It seems that we learn something new with every rat we have, and sometimes we even surprise the doctor with a strange symptom. But she always gets to the bottom of things, and she does everything she can to send our pets home happy and healthy. She also does a great job of helping to keep us from being inappropriately worried, which is truly appreciated. (Neurotic pets with neurotic owners is quite a combination). I have utmost respect for Dr. Munson, and recommend her without reservation. We all know that the vet is just one part of the picture. There has been some turnover in the other staff here in the past couple of years, and we're certainly missing people like Bailey, Rachel, and Ashley. But many of the vet techs haven't changed: Amanda, Jess, and Jessica are still back there. And the newer techs and desk workers seem to be getting settled in and fitting into the routine here. I have on occasion had to use other clinics, and that has only made me more grateful for this location and these people. I find that Dr. Munson and La Sierra Veterinary Clinic are great, and are worth the price every time. But, really, price isn't what truly matters when we're talking about the health of a family member.
