Made an appointment online for 11:40. Arrived at 11:30. I was out the door by 11:45. Staff very friendly. Facilities very clean. Lots of parking unlike some of their other locations

People here are rude, building is huge and is all closed down on Saturday's except for ONE side door that you're expected to figure out. Tried to call for direction and there is no way to speak to anyone which is ridiculous. Ended up being a few minutes late trying to find where to go and they don't care at all that you are trying to call, canceled my appointment because I "wasn't there". They need to work on their customer service.

Came in here for an appointment at 11:15 and didn't get blood work drawn until 12:05. I was inside with the lady for another 25 min because she kept on answering the phone and trying to "fix" her computer! I was so mad/irritated I should've been in and out!! not in there for nearly one hour And a half! Horrible horrible place! Get your blood work done somewhere else!

Had an appointment scheduled for 7:50AM, the appointment was scheduled through their website since their number is completely automated. Arrived to the appointment and was turned away because according to them I did not have an appointment, even though I had a confirmation code. Missed a full day of work for nothing. Extremely rude staff! Don't waste your time.

Absolutely awesome, I was attended to immediately. The phlebotomist was kind , friendly and skilled. Oh and the lab was very nice with private rooms , the whole place was pleasant and clean. What more could you ask for?!

Some staff are rude. Weak customer service for older patients, who are technology deficient. Had to watch staff kick out older man. Could have been handled differently. More professionalism less tough guy.

No walk-ins on Saturday, Really? Turned away at 2 locations. didn't use to be that way. What changed? Very disappointed I burn my time and gas, and now to miss work hours. The staff was cordial, can only look to management for this the debacle of customer service.

I made appointments before and it took forever but finally got it. Wrote everything down just in case. Went to go make an appointment and it wont take I'd or password. YOUR WEBSITE IS NOT EASY IT SUCKS! I use pc for everything! Customer service hard as heck to get! I've been trying to make appointment for 30 min. Do we need to change to lab Corp? My quest stinks!!!!

Came in for bloodwork at 8:20 with an appointment for 8:30. I was already walking out of the building by 8:30. Super quick and painless!

Only Quest Diagnostics in Riverside CA area that's open on Saturdays 0730-1200. All the staffs are friendly and they are fast.
