One Very very rude worker you have at this place…she has red/ Burgundy hair...i had recently gone to take blood work done here…then got a call a week later saying I needed to go back due to not enough blood was taken out…voicemail said just to knock at the door…I was trying to call them and every attempt for some reason it/they would hang up…once I got there I did what they said to do…then once they open the door that lady just didn’t want to hear what I had to say…And just called in someone while I was trying to explain what the voicemail said…the young man in there heard me and wanted to help me but this lady just talked over him and was just rude about it….never again will I go back to this spot….

I had a terrible experience at this lab today. I arrived at 10:00 AM for a walk-in with my sick child, and we didn’t get called until 1:30 PM. No one gave us any updates, the screen showing the queue was turned off, and despite being told we’d get a text when it was our turn, I never received one — and neither did others. Sitting for hours with a sick child, not knowing how much longer it would take, was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The staff disappeared for lunch at 1 PM without explanation, adding even more confusion and stress. This was an exhausting and disrespectful experience for any parent or patient

This was my first time there... Honestly the service is very bad... There is no way to book an appointment and when you enter you will be surprised by many people waiting there for a long time without even enough seats for them... It is very sad that we pay insurance companies so much money and we are treated this way... We deserve better services

It's terrible! I made an appointment for a two-hour postpartum glucose tolerance test on June 5th. The tall male staff member who received me did not draw blood after I drank the glucose tolerance solution, and asked me to come back in two hours. I had already left, but I remembered that I had to draw blood on an empty stomach. I went back and asked him how many times he would draw blood, and he said once would be enough. I came back two hours later, and he asked me if I had drawn blood, but it turned out that he had forgotten to draw blood. It's so unprofessional! I wasted a lot of my time, and I was with a 50-day-old baby. The baby waited for me for a long time and kept crying. I will never come to this lab again, it's terrible!

These people are ridiculous. They treat patients awfully as if they are children, and they are absolutely rude.
LabCorp overall is not a good company at every location they have; it's the same with how busy they are with appointments at minimum available 3 weeks out, but what made this worse was the terrible service. Never recommending to anyone.

Great blood draw location. They're busy but efficient. It was easy to check-in from the phone when you have an appointment. The staff is friendly.

Terrible. Horrible waiting times, and even when you check in they say you’re not on their schedule. We waited 2 hours and the problem was because my daughters name was wrong when we put it in correctly.
