I was waiting for almost 1 hour and there were no chairs to sit on and new people arrived and passed them by and there they have no compassion for the patients with my illness because I cannot stand much, kidney problem, heart transplant, etc., I do not recommend it,, I better left there, I don't recommend that place, the worst thing is

Scheduled an appointment, I get to this location and it’s closed. Poor communication on there part.Labcorps appointment system is terrible!Instead of emailing me a reminder that my appointment was today, they should have emailed me saying that they’re closed.Very inconvenient, and frustrating.

Instead of emailing me a reminder that my appointment was today, they should have emailed me saying that they’re closed.

i had an appointment I went for routine blood work. my Dr added on to the lab order. even though I said to the tech, I thought I had 2 slips she said no. of course when I left, I remembered the tech forgot my urine test and that's when I learned half my labs didn't get drawn. I was fasting. No one answers the phone or returns calls. they don't have a reception area so you can't ask questions and the door is locked from the inside. the tech's open the door to let people out and if you try and talk to them they say sign in and close the door . huge line here, it might take an hr to get my blood drawn as a walk up. it's been 5 hrs, no call back yet.

Very rude. They had me wait for 45 min because somebody who had appointment was going to be there but the person never showed up. Once asked them if i could do my labs since the person wasnt there, the lady started being rude, and kept talking fast and saying “Understood? “. The worst experience. If this business go down, its their own fault. Their customer service is so poor and service was way too slow. They didnt even say hi just “ your name? What you want today?”Disgusting service and attitude. Shame on labcorp for this level of service and employee training.

If you come here make sure you get Tracy! She was so amazing I have never had such a painless blood draw. She was super nice and attentive and got my vein on the first try I didn't even feel it! I usually had the worst blood draws and leave super bruised but I had no mark after. Thank you so much Tracy I am officially only coming to you now.

I didn't have an appointment so I expected to wait. I was there *maybe* 10 minutes before they called me back, it was really fast. The employees were exceptional at their job and very personable. I had a lot of labs ordered and expected the blood draw to be uncomfortable, it was not. They did an amazing job drawing the blood. It didn't hurt at all, it was super fast, and it left almost no mark on my arm. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible service. Girl with curly hair has such nasty attitude. I'm trying to be a better person that's why I did not want to make a scene but if she hates her job so damn much she should find something else to do that doesn't involve meeting with people or talking to them. Hope you find peace if you're reading it since you're so bitter :) kill them with kindness :)
