  My daughter was 12 at the time and is small for her age. The location we went to was supposed to be able to work with pediatrics but clearly they were not all trained because they hurt my daughter by using a full size needle on her small are instead of a butterfly needle which other locations have done in the past. I will never take her back to that location again. They were very rude and unsympathetic to my daughter and how much they were hurting her. My daughter is tough and wouldn't let them see her cry, but when we got to the car, she started to cry, and then when we got home, she slept for a few hours. She is traumatized to this day years later.

  GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE, Every Person Working Here Has Been So Nice And Helpful!! I Didn't Make It In Time For My One Hour Glucose Test Before Closing At 3pm And The Lady Was Sweet Enough To Say If You Come Tomorrow Earlier We Can Do Both Tests Instead Of Pricking Me Twice Because I Needed Two Blood Works Done Trying To Save Me Extra Pain Because I Hate Needles, Finally Made It For My Test And Their Machine Was Down, I Expressed To The Gentlemen I Was In A Hurry He Said Okay Come In I'll Check You In Inside Let's Get You Going Dont Believe The Bad Reviews Because Customers Dont Have The Things They Need THIS PLACE IS GREAT!

  I should've listened to the previous bad reviews.... To begin, I work in the medical field and I am very aware of HIPPA, OSHA and state regulations when it comes to things like this, so this is why I wanted to make future patrons aware of the situation and hopefully get the companies attention. I was assisted by a lady named "Gladys" today May 27th 2022 at 1:40 pm. Gladys called patients from the waiting room wearing latex gloves, touching the doors, and our paperwork. To begin, she was very short and rude from the beginning. Asking where my lab paperwork is, and I explained to her that my office faxed it over to this clinic, and right away she says "well are you sure you sent it here?! Because there's two clinics here in limonite" (all this before even trying to check the fax machine), and I tried to tell her that I am definite that my office faxed it to the correct location. She looks in the pile by the fax machine and finds my lab papers. She says "you're lucky". Then she huffs and puffs while looking at her computer and says "idk even know the code to this, omg why do they just put one code for everything" making me feel uncomfortable because she's clearly stressed out over something or having a bad day, but it was definitely not professional. With the SAME GLOVES from the start, Gladys goes into her pocket and gets her phone to texts someone to tell her a code. She then gets frustrated for the long wait for a text back, reaches into her backpack and Lola through her backpack for a notebook WITH THE SAME GLOVES, and then she gets a number from the notebook, touches the office phone WITH THE SAME GLOVES, gets the code enters it into the computer and then sets up my stuff for drawing my blood WOTH THE SAME GLOVES she had since calling us from the waiting room. She then has zero communication about what is about to happen to me and stabs me with the needle without any warning or communication whatsoever. This is because in between hanging up with the person that gave her the code and setting up my stuff, a man that is in charge of doing the laundry for the lab coats for the company (assuming a third party) comes in and starts gossiping to Gladys about some type of drama they are having about him not picking up the laundry and that he got in trouble and Gladys goes on with personal information that she was on leave due to being sick and telling the man that everyone here are "rats" and that it wasn't her because she was on leave. All this being unnecessary, uncomfortable, and clearly not professional. Since I felt uncomfortable , I have pictures, videos and audio footage at hand of the entire situation, what was said, you can here her mannerisms, the gossip, the attitude, lack of communication etc., to protect myself and backing up this entire situation. This is not okay.

  go anywhere else! slowest lab in the known universe! rude techs and they completely ignore your appointment time. be prepared to sit and wait while the techs sit in the lab and scroll thru Facebook.

  The technicians who work here are not friendly they speak like they're as if they're not within a professional environment. I need to continue going to my usual location in Rancho Cucamonga.
