This is THE WORST LABCORP you can ever go to. They will let other walk ins and appointments skip in front of you even if you check in early in the morning. I had a drug test screening in the early morning and was told to wait. Other people started to come in for the same reason, and they were all let in front of me. The staff at the front desk stop taking people and start talking for 10 minutes with A FULL LOBBY of people waiting to be called on. Don’t ever come here, you will have a VERY BAD experience here.

So I just took my daughter here to lab corps on brockton street and They told me.I have to make an appointment and nowi'm trying to figure out how to make an appointment because nowhere on anything Stating that we need to make an appointment before we go there . Besides Saturdays, appointment only, And I wish we could put negative stars on here because this laptop car deserves negative fifteen stars

By far the most inefficient Labcorp I’ve ever been to. Took well over 2.5 hours. Brutal location. Literally go to any other labcorp besides this one. 0/10.

Terrible experience! I won’t even go into all the details.
Just know that they do not accept walk-ins, so don’t expect to show up and get it done the same day.
I highly recommend switching to a different lab system.
Even some places that take appointments don’t perform the glucose tolerance test — it’s incredibly frustrating.

What is happening here? More locations needed and ALL staff should keep personal talking out when helping others. Then my husband asked why it was so busy his tech responded rudely. If you cant work with others please stay home. It's already crowded let's do a job and get people out.

The doctor shouted my medical issue multiple times. The whole lobby was made aware of what my condition was. I will drive an hour to avoid ever coming back here again. This trip was outlandish, I never expected such an experience. I do think they may need some HIPPA courses.

Honestly terrible service ladys get mad very easily and got mad at me for no reason while taking blood out and wasnt doing a good job and kept moving the needle hurting me.They dont know what there doing at all.

Terrible customer service at the front desk with terrible attitudes, both people. You can’t even ask a simple question. A old man was having issues with the tablet, understanding it and these people were so upset that this man had questions. I don’t understand how this place is still running with people like this running the front desk. Oh and the waiting room is disgusting looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 2 years. It’s worth hiring new people that are good with customer service.

The drug test hours are 8 am to 10:30 am then they close and resume at 12:30 to 1:30 pm. Besides bad hours, service is so poor and staff are not friendly or care. This place has such poor management and service.

I literally just left from getting my blood work done here and had to stop in the parking lot to write a review. The building itself was clean and the staff was so nice and friendly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and I was a walk-in. Katrina took my blood and I didn't feel the needle at all, she was extremely sweet, and always checking to make sure I was okay and comfortable. This will be my go-to location from now on.

Get your act together labcorp. Specimen drop off means you take my results in right away and refrigerate and conserve, not make me wait for my turn. African lady learn some customer service .

Treasure was the best phlebotomist I ever encounter. She was so sweet and friendly with my kids and myself. Very professional and ethical. Just wished the time waiting was a little faster. Overall a good experience. It’s very small and crowded in the waiting area too.
