“Wonderful, kind, hard working people! Always helped me out with my gi alterations, which can be hard to work with due to the thick material. They never complained and just did their best. I’ve brought in a few of my gis and regular clothes for alterations and/or cleaning and they always did a great job. They have also helped with little things like a misaligned or stuck zippers and didn’t charge me anything, which they really didn’t have to, which just shows the kind of people they are. Shoutout to Omar, I haven’t been to the shop in a while but I will not forget your guys’ kindness. I wanted to leave a good review to pay it forward. May God bless you guys!”

“Sam is friendly and thoroughly accommodating. He takes excellent care with Santa's local costumes which we bring him after Santa's visits to local schools and the La Sierra Senior center. He has made sure that our own personal items are perfectly cleaned, and repaired when we ask. Prices are more than reasonable.”

“This business always has amazing customer service. I will only take my garments here for hemming services, no where else. My pants and gowns are always too long, and I can confidently bring them here knowing they will get the hemming done perfectly. I am always greeted by the pleasant staff who provide excellent service.”

“It's a nice laundromat, mostly coin operated machines excluding a handful that take PayRange. It's also cheaper than one of the other Laundromats I've been to. The machines smell a bit like old soap or old water, but beyond that it's nice. There are some benches up front with no backs or cushioning but the machines finish pretty quick; I still opted to stand. The lady that works there is friendly as well.”

“I don’t typically leave Google reviews, but the name fits the service and pricing. My daughter needed her mini quince dress dry cleaned and picked up in less than 24 hours, and they did that for me NO problem. She didn’t try to charge me an “express fee” there wasn’t some odd policy of only providing express services Mon-Thursday. The woman helping me was kind, she radiates positivity and performed quality work. Absolutely will come back and tell family and friends.”

“We were in town for the weekend for a family gathering and needed some clothes washed. We dropped them off that morning and picked it all up later that night. Our clothes were clean, smelled good, folded nicely, and packaged, so they were easy to put back in our luggage. Great customer service! We will definitely use them the next time we're in town.”

“I like going to the store every time I go it has something on sale I meant totally on sale it's like I can spend $20 there and I can go to the supermarket and for the same thing I'll spend $60 there's a lot of savings the staff is very friendly store is old but adequate it's a good place to shop save money that's my two cents”

“There are plenty of laundromats around, but I really like this little spot. It’s comfortable, dependable, and conveniently located near Jackson Elementary. I especially appreciate how quiet and low-key it is. I usually come around midnight and can get my laundry done and be out before 1:30 AM. My only concern is that there is sometimes a homeless individual who comes in and out late at night and sleeps outside the laundromat. I understand he may be a regular in the area, but for the comfort and safety of customers, I think it would be helpful if the attendant could kindly ask non-customers not to remain inside or directly outside the business. Other than that, I really enjoy coming here and appreciate having a clean, convenient, and dependable neighborhood laundromat. Thank you to the owner!”

“My daughter’s hard gown got stained from the Lillie’s she was holding during her photo shoot and the gentleman here tried for days until he was able to get all the oil stains out. “I come here 2x a week. Crystal is awesome. She is extremely helpful and always greets me. The maintenance guy is very polite. Unfortunately, at night the staff cant help that the homeless that want to try and stay for shelter and not use the sevices. Day time is great... its just when night comes its a whole different story. Maybe an increase of security at night. I will still come here.”

“Excellent customer service and quality work. I needed a few repairs on dresses and coats that needed cleaning. The owner was extremely nice and prices were reasonable. I had a lace bathing suit that I wasn't even sure could be fixed, and she immediately sewed the same lace pattern to fill in the hole so I could wear it the very next day. I am very pleased and will be returning.”
