Talked to one person and made a reservation for a unit at a different location called back 2days later on the day I made it for and another person that works there told me they no longer have my unit available

I just want to say that although I didn’t find the size storage that i needed. Jacob was very helpful and super friendly. I will for sure keep this place in mind for the future. He definitely knows how to treat a customer with respect.
