Went for the sole purpose of getting a gift card for someone, spoiler alert, they don't sell gift cards. So I ended up getting 2 amazing Lee's coffees, egg rolls, and chicken nuggets. The coffee is great, but it's mostly all ice.

I appreciate Lee's sandwiches, however, I was a bit let down by their coupon offer when I joined their app. The offer mentioned a complimentary coffee of any size and a baguette. However, when I showed my coupon at this location, I was informed it was only valid at their corporate location. On inquiring where that was, I was vaguely told it's a large office. It was a letdown, especially after driving down specifically to redeem my coupon, only to learn it wasn't accepted anywhere besides the corporate office. The email I got advised checking for participating outlets, but the app's coupon didn’t specify the locations.

I don't ever leave reviews but this place is a 10/10 I thought the sandwich looked plain at first but the taste was AMAZING and the coffee was so good but I do not not recommend drinking on an empty stomach because I felt like a nascar driver on the freeway lol I definitely recommend this place.

Not a typical Lee's sandwich place I am used to. It only had the basic, sandwiches, Vietnamese ice coffee. I did not have all the other Vietnamese to go items that the OC or Bay Area have. Staff was nice and friendly.

The Pate chaud was really good. I think they use too much red/pink dye on their BBQ pork and ham- a bit off putting. They could also fill the sandwiches with more meat and toppings but the paté and bread are really good.Does not compare to something you can get in Little Saigon, but it gets the job done and meets your Banh Mi craving needs.

Service 0/5 I came in around 12 pm today 9/14/23 and it was an older female employee with short hair and either tattooed or drawn on eyebrows (not a college aged) at the register who rang me up. I ordered a combination for the first time and as Im eating it within the first bite I realize I did not like the pate in it. So I reluctantly go and ask her as politely as I could if she could help me remove the pate and I would eat the rest. She gave me a look and a condescending "next time dont order it if you dont like it" and threw away the sandwich. She had one remade for me and when it was ready called it out and threw it on the counter with another negative look. I picked it up and said thank you and I'm sorry and she flat out ignored me while looking down at her phone. This encounter made me scared to even go to this place again. Why did she take it so personally? The pate had nothing to do with her yet she acted like I did something terrible. I had also ordered extra pickled veggies and it was not replaced in the sandwich yet I did not want to approach her anymore. Really rude reaction to something that could have been solved without those unnecessary reactions.

This is my first time at Lee's. I heard their sandwiches were good, so I decided to try it out. I wasn't disappointed. It was good. There weren't a lot of pastry collection because it was later in the afternoon. I also ordered Thai tea. It was good, but they put too much ice, so there wasn't a lot of Thai tea in the cup. I would go back there again and maybe try something else

We stopped by for a late lunch after studying next door. I've tried their bottled iced coffees before but this was my first time trying their banh mis. The space is surprisingly large and there is plenty of seating. I noticed a lot of people grabbed food to go though. Service was pretty subpar. The employees were very short with us and definitely not the most approachable. I ordered the combination banh mi, which contained an assortment of cold cuts. It wasn't anything very special. It looks deceivingly large, but the baguette isn't as thick as other banh mis I've had. The fillings were pretty standard. I liked how many pickled veggies they included, but there was not a lot of meat. Their sign claims they bake fresh baguettes every 30 minutes but the bread was cold and tasted like bread I could buy from a grocery store (which probably would've tasted better because I could at least toast it at home). For $7-8 it's decent and it's a perfectly fine option if you're looking for something convenient. I don't think I will be coming again, and would much prefer to get a banh mi from small, local Vietnamese restaurants since they would probably be more authentic and fresh. I'm usually pretty skeptical about the authenticity and quality of food when it comes from a large chain like this. For the same price you can definitely find better banh mi.

Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich is my favorite and if I'm craving it... I know Lee's will have it. I like to add pate to my sandwich. Their iced coffee is good also and gives you a big does of caffeine

Long time Lees fan here... definitely get the coffee, maybe skip the sandwiches. Food is just OK. Coffee is always a good choice though.
