Im very very disappointed with the check-in process and lack of communication I experienced yesterday. I scheduled an appointment on line, which asks why your coming in. I was 5-min early for my 10:30am appt. The person checking me in asked what services were needed. I had several needed, alignment, confirm the tire sensor is working properly, check tires, there is a slow leak on the front drivers side. I was repeatedly assured they will check all my tires. The mechanic did not attempt to contact me for any information before working on my vehicle - I confirmed the correct phone was on file in case I stepped away.
Two hours later (mind you, this was with an appointment), I’m waiting on-site and get a message that says vehicle ready. I check in at front desk and this person relays the charges owed. I question what was done because I expected to hear that I needed another tire(s), etc. this person looked at me puzzled and said we checked the air pressure on all tires and tells me the pressure in those tires, they rotated the tires and did alignment. How, does slow leak translate into only checking the tire pressure?
I’m very frustrated, now. I’ve already been there for two hours and now they have to take the vehicle back to look for a leak. Which, by the way, they found a nail in the tire. If the mechanic or check in person would have reached out before doing the work, I could have told them I added air in tire the day before coming in. The leak was very slow. It took 5-days before I lost 5-lbs of pressure.
I relayed this to the supervisor/manager in store that all of this occurred. The response, oh will take care of you and none of this information was relayed to mechanic. No apologies, for the time already spent or the lack of communication.
I’m sure the actual work performed was satisfactory. But, this store, or it was just my lucky day, has some systemic issues: better communication, apologize for mistakes, don’t make excuses “we weren’t told”. Make sure the people checking in don’t just assume they understand what’s being requested and put things like slow leak means check the tire pressure. Lastly, I feel 2-hours with an appointment is an excessive amount of time for what they did: check tire pressure, rotate tires, & alignment. Very disappointing that we pay money for service like this.

Really quick service, my car needed an alignment and new tire and I expected it to take at least 3-4 hours. To my surprise they had my car ready for pickup within an hour of dropping it off

Great place to get tires, service was excellent and I'm very happy with the tires that I bought. I bought the tires online and submitted an appointment, I dropped my truck off It was finished in the time that they said it would be. But here's the best part I also wanted and alignment, they checked it out and got back to me and said that an alignment did not need to be done. That shows how honest this business really is.

Got there 10 minutes prior to appointment time checked in. Ended up getting keys back and leaving after 40 minutes and they didn't do a damn thing. Poorly run. Not professional

Henry and front staff were amazing and knowledgeable. Henry fixed my tire at no cost. He educated me on my future tire options. I will definitely come back for my son's tires. Thank you!!!!

I needed four brand new tires put on my car and an alignment taken care of on my car the experience I had with this place is the second time I've been there and I loved every bit of it Colby and Matt we're extremely helpful in the things that I needed to be taken care of with my car you're very clear on the things that I needed and took care of it at my whim I have now found a place where I am going to continue to have my car serviced everywhere else you just don't know what kind of service you're going to get but this place I know for fact will take care of me

I scheduled to have my tires replaced and an alignment. I left the car in the evening the day before and they called me around lunch time the following day to let me know it was ready. They checked the alignment and didn't try to upsell me. It was good and didn't need to be done. Everyone was super friendly and I'll be going back!

I've been going to this Les Schwab for years. Each time I go they are straight forward and let me know what I need and what I will need in the future. I always get my tires from them. I recently went to go get my tire checked out because it kept going flat. He showed my where my tire was leaking air but would of been a hard place to patch. Since I bought the tire from there and it had a good amount of tread depth it fell under warranty and they were able to provide me with a new tire. Each time I've gone they have been professional, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I recommend this place 100%.

I have been here since 4pm for an emergency tire change it is now currently 6:20 p m. And they Haven't even started on my car yet. And the price is ridiculous. Especially compared to America's tires. I'm here with my 6yr old. This shit ain't cute.
