5:45 and they close the doors. Closing time should be updated to 5:45 to keep people from going over to find an employee at the door not letting people in

Bad customer service and very poor product, just purchased a jersey and it loki very itchi and very low quality, there was no changing room so I bought it and had to go to a restroom to check it out, workers said I couldn't return it

A little expensive on the price. Paid $50.00 for a hat, but on the upside it was the only place in town that had what I wanted which was a white New Era fitted hat.

Long time Lids customer, though this my first stop at the Tyler Mall location. Really glad I stepped in. Doug greeted me almost immediately, which stood out since usually at the Temecula Lids locations, I’m kinda on my own until time to pay. Doug helped with the pay part too, and even found a reward I had to reduce the price. Really took the time to talk and explain things. And was rocking a sweet shirt! I’ll be back here for sure. Great selection, great service, great experience. Happy to wear the hat now.

Great selection and friendly staff at this location. Was helpful in helping me select a hat and when the one I came for wasn't in stock they recommended other options. Would be happy to visit this location again if needing a new cap!

I came in this store today, I don’t really speak English and can barely understand it, so I didn’t know when they told me I couldn’t refund it, this message my cousin is writing it for me, and they were rude to me, I tried it on at the restrooms and the Jersey started itching my bacc so I tried to return it but couldn’t because it was half the price and I couldn’t understand what the lady was sayin, she was being really rude tho and wasn’t paying attention to me.

The wouldn't exchange a jersey without a receipt. I got it for my birthday and they would not exchange for the right size. Poor customer service in my opinion. I will never buy from them again.

Went shopping there and employee stold my belongings when While I was paying and spoke to manager Evelyn and she did nothing about and acting like I never came in with any bags!! She even acted stupid when I asked her to check the cameras!! Be careful with this place!!!!
