I would like to take the time to commend a employee named Jim. He works the front end. He was professional, helpful, and pleasant. I purchased a large Xmas display. He and other employees ensured the product would be disassembled, and ready for pick up in a timely manner. Upon pickup (in store), Jim volunteered to load my vehicle. Thanks Jim, and any other employees who were involved in the process.

Love this Lowe’s location! My partner and i just bought a home, so we’re always in need of supplies. This Lowe’s always has what we need, and the staff is always amazing - whether it’s for advice, processing a return, or pointing us in the right direction. Extra special shoutout to PJ, Lorenzo, and Damien - these guys are awesome!! They were very accommodating when i needed help with a tool cabinet. Not only did they help me get what i needed, but they also loaded the unit in my SUV without asking or thinking twice. Incredible customer service and just overall kind and thoughtful. Give everyone at this location a raise!! :)

I forgot to take my receipt at the self check out. I came back 10 minuets later I asked the worker Matthew who worked there at the self cash register that I was looking for my receipt he said he saw me leave and than just threw it in the trash can, he said he couldn’t get me a copy. he said that he saw me leave but he didn’t have consideration to ask me if I wanted my receipt instead just threw it away. This was unprofessional. This Lowes is on Magnolia in Riverside, CA. Date Nov 12, 2024 time 7 am

Lowe's has a wide variety of home improvement products, including tools, appliances, and outdoor items. The store is usually easy to navigate, and staff are generally helpful, although customer service can be slow during busy times. Prices are fair, and there are regular sales and discounts. However, some popular items may not always be in stock. The online ordering system is convenient, but sometimes there are delays in updating stock information.
Overall, Lowe's is a solid choice for DIY projects. The parking lot is kinda gritty. Homeless people at the entrance on Harrison Street.

Had to change my 5 star to this 2 star because the amazing incompetent workers. The worst one was at customer service Kerri I think. Let me tell you a story.
I stopped to get food across from Lowes and placed my order and went to Lowe's seen a associate ( girl ) trying to load a massive heavy boy into a car and me and another client went over And physically helped her get it into the car. They thank us and I go into the store for the worst experience of my life with Lowes. Started with me doing them a favor to never wanting to come back and I hope they get fired!
So I needed a aluminum crimp or a crimp sleeve. I asked the first lady I seen she said 17! Ok that's a hard no. Seen a Asian gentleman in 16 asked him, he said 11. That's a no that's electrical. Then I went to the cashiers they said 16. I go back to 16 the Asian guy said we are sold out and pointed to a missing section.... I said ah buddy that's $45 that can't be it they sell 100 for $9 on line. I found a single one. So I take it to the customer service they tell me to wait why they all play on there phone and talk and laugh with one another. I asked for a manager Noah made a call no one called back or came up.
Then.... Lol then.... Kerri came up and was trying to help me and at first had done more for me than anyone untill.... I said man the stress of running around the store looking for this has taken a year off my life. ( She says ) And I quote. Well I don't have to serve you here. I said why did you say that I have not been rude to you. She said this is customer service everyone is rude. So I bought the two aluminum sleeve for 5 dollars and will never come back. My wife who is the head of US government missile defense program said yeah she has issues here too. She couldn't find a certain screw and they refused to show her.

Had bought some items from other stores online and wasn't happy with the quality of said item, decided to try Lowe's, went in person to see the items, and by golly they actually had them there AND in stock. Not like the orange place. Plus they were sturdy quality. Side note, was asked by 4 different employees if I needed any help, told them I don't think so, and they told me that was fine and if anything changes and told me what isle they'd be on. I was shocked, think they just earned my future business.
