Just got back home from LOWES in Riverside I need to warn you about what's happening there. By aware that this company will list different price on their website and is much higher price in store. They just lured you in and slap you with 15% higher prices in store, when this was politely pointed out they associate answer was that they will not fix discrepancy in price and when told that this is the reason why I usually shop in Home Depot he said he does not care he gets paid same money regardless how many people are shopping in store.

Customer service here sucks. There's a bunch of useless workers walking around not doing anything & complain when they are asked for help. I asked a worker for help, and he held a bag of Cheetos up to his face eating them while talking to me with his mouth open. Absolutely disgusting

Disappointed in the customer service department here. TRULY DISAPPOINTING.I had a receipt and needed to do a return and they said no returns; even if it was only two weeks ago. The "customer service" people are NOT polite and NOT helpful. They're very curt and act like they hate their lives. Shame on you, LOWES. I'm blasting you on every social media platform I can use.....and telling all my family and friends to just shop at Home Depot. At least they do returns within 30days. It's no wonder why people are disrespectful to you and your employees. You offer zero help for your customers. Terrible customer service.

This company has the worst customer service policies I have ever experienced. I was consistently given wrong information by the Riverside store as well as their corporate headquarters. No one seems to know what's going on. Employees are not knowledgeable regarding store or company policy. I was so enraged I ended up throwing the in-house gift card on the floor, swearing and walking out. I will never step into another Lowe's store. I sincerely hope the company goes under, especially the Riverside CA store. Morons!

Thank you to the team in the key-cutting department! Yesterday, Mr. Willam and his team were able to recut my new keys after the keys were miscut from the self-Keyhero machine. I'm sure they could have refused to correct the issue which would have required me to submit a request for a refund by calling the 1-800 number. I so appreciate that Mr. Willam was quick to be helpful and was patient in fixing the keys. Thank you Lowes for Mr. Willam in the Key Department

I bought all my kitchen appliances to lowes riverside. They delivered damaged wall oven and I tried to return it and they won't accept it because of 48hours return policy. Now im stucked with this brand new damaged wall oven. Nobody explain to me about 48hours return policy. I will never step foot on these store again. And I don't recommend this store when it comes to appliances.

I went to Lowe's to buy wall air fryer. I went to the back where the oven wear there was nobody there and I found two young men sitting at a desk finally and they're in where the ovens were and I asked them if they can help me and they said they worked in the garden which I don't know why they were sitting at the desk, or the ovens were so they called somebody nobody came so we went to the front desk and the girl helped us there and she told us we bought their kit delivery installation would be free and would be $50 to haul the way our old oven so we said OK well the delivery guy showed up dropped my oven in my front room left didn't bring the installation kit. He said another guy would come and install it. We waited around. No one showed I called and called. They gave me the runaround. Finally a manager said the girl was wrong that it wasn't free installation on ovens and we had to pay 180 to have it installed, for meanwhile, my husband installed it and he went by himself a hoist with the money he would've gave to Lowe's don't deal with them they go through third-party you don't know who's delivering and you don't know who's doing the installing go to Home Depot Way better business they lost my business over $180 Michelle I love my Frigidaire wall oven but buy it somewhere else

Lowe's Delivery is the worse, they deliver my appliances all damage and broken. And they refuse to replace or refund me because its more than 48hrs of delivery. Their delivery people didn't open it or remove the package, didn't mention to us the expiry date. Because of the holiday, we didn't have the time to open it also until 5days later. Now I'm stuck with this broken oven! For sure this store will soon be bankrupt because nobody will trust to buy with them anymore. They don't deliver quality, they don't go out of their way to help remedy situation. They don't take responsibility for it instead get out of it by technicality. Shame on you Lowe's.

We recently were in the market for a washer and dryer. After dealing with a less than knowledgeable employee at Home Depot, we went to Lowe's. There, Josh helped us with our purchase. He knew his product and was extremely helpful and courteous. We came back to Lowe's and specifically Josh to help us when we were in the market for all new kitchen appliances. What a pleasure to work with someone that gives exceptional customer service in this day and age of not caring. Lowe's has a valuable employee in Josh.

I was scheduled for delivery and when it passed my time window I called and absolutely no one took responsibility as to why the order wasn't delivered. No solution only excuses! Big store like Lowe's should be ashamed for not coming through a simple delivery, specially when everything on the order was in stock, in the store. Absolutely embarrassing!

Don't recommend. Purchased washer and dryer, dryer that was delivered is not working. Have called so many times and have not gotten an answer on when I will be getting a replacement. 5 days later finally had to call corporate. Biggest headache ever. Last time I will purchasing anything from Lowe's.

Went into this location today. My friend was going to get 6 big bags of soil. There were four associates standing around, putting wet rags on their heads. My friend and I are in our mid sixties. We ask them where we could get a flat cart, they pointed us to the other side of the store without offering to help us. He got a flat cart loaded up the six bags and spent 200.00 here. The three young men and one female had merchandising team on thier vests. Lowe's knows all right, how to piss off customers and make us go to Home Depot.

Placed an order for delivery. Said will be here by 8pm. When nothing was delivered, I checked emails for anything on why it wasn't delivered. Nothing. Called customer service and they canceled my order because they didn't have all the items I needed. I still needed those items so instead of contacting me to see if I still want what they had in stock they just cancel the whole order and don't even notify me about it. They said well you can just come pick it up. Customer service sucks.

I was trying to take advantage of the Memorial Day weekend sales to purchase an LG washer and dryer Tower. I did this transaction on line. NEVER EVER WILL I EVER order anything from Lowe's online! Hence forth if I find something we need, I will call the Poway Store and talk to a live person in the department which specializes in what we want to purchase. I selected and purchased the gas version. The next day the delivery personnel arrived with our purchase. They came into the garage to remove the old washer and dryer and told my husband we needed electric not gas. The delivery personnel did not have my husband sign anything, they got back in thier truck and left. The salient point at this junction is LOWES always had 100% possession of the product. It is now the middle of June and LOWE'S still has not refunded the purchase! I have tried and tried to get my money back. I spoke to the Lowe's Riverside distribution center from regular cust service to several managers. On the 13th of June they FINALLY did a refund approval receipt. however, no money. I finally got through to the district managers office intent on speaking to the district manager, who, apparently is far busy to speak to a customer. So again I was stuck speaking with a support person. This person tried to say he was sorry, but I told him, 'sorry' is just a word with no corrective action and only makes the person who is saying they are sorry feel good. I told him I do not want apologies I want my $2,208 back and I want it back today. He said I would have it by the end of Wednesday 06/21/23 guess what dear readers, that is right!!! No money!!! I wish I had purchased my electric washer and dryer tower from somewhere else. I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income. This really has hurt. I used money from my savings for this much needed appliance, this is more than my social security income. I know I have babbled on but I am so upset. I hope this review will help others.

I was at Lowes early this morning to purchase lumber and to have it cut to specifications. I was surprised how Lowes looked like a ghost town. A young man named Eddie then shows up with his cherry smile, polite, and upbeat demeanor. He cut the lumber to my precise instructions and told me to have a good day while some other guy was trying to tell him, "They need a forklift over there". What a delightful young man. He helps without making one feel like a burden. I hope Lowes realizes this young man is an asset. Seeing how most of the Lowes reviews are tanking, they should take special care of this young man. I was trying to do the Lowes survey to let them know about Eddie's performance, but their survey site is not working, or maybe there are too many low rated reviews they disabled it.
