Seem all the workers do is socialize with each other. I had to ask 3 employees where something was . And none of the really help me find the correct department. There was a group of young employees blocking the main walk way so everyone had to walk around.

Really beginning to like the service and online shopping experience from Lowes. I am finding more product options and less hassle getting order fulfillment along with competitive pricing when compared to my experience with the local competitor.

I'm sorry, but on this trip to Lowe's at Pat's ranch Rd, I was not happy. I only needed an electrical outlet. In the electrical department the associate was about five feet from me working with some merchandise. Before I could ask anything he was gone no greeting, acknowledgment or smile. Less than five minutes later he returned to his work, same senerio, so I asked him for help and he assisted me with my 77 cent item. I go to self check out and AGAIN no smile, greeting etc. On a previous visit, about a year ago I gave your Lowe's a review stating that "Customer Service was alive and well at Lowe's". Maybe it was a bad day for the above mentioned associates. I will give them another few chances since I live close by and I have many many projects to work on in my home. I will let you know how it goes.

Came in on Saturday to buy 5 Gal of paint. Needed to use the men's restroom. An employee was outside and informed me it would be out of service for a long time. Very rude employee, needs some customer service training. And Lowes why is your only restroom out of service on one of your peak days?

Went for spring flowers and got great deals. Flowers are very well priced. Our cashier in garden section was a true pleasure, he was very kind and friendly.

Can you yelp lowes Magnolia and Vanburen ....say the most horrible experience with everyone this morning in the garden department....the only one who seemed to care was Jim....everyone else was terrible im sorry to say about my local Lowes ....Robert and his whole team really missed the mark badly even the lady Lizzet or Elizabeth 8 dont remember had a horrible didn't want to be there foe sure cared about no one this morning i just thought why would you start such a beautiful day with such a bad attitude ?
