I went to this specific location close to closing, and I had a phenomenal experience with Angel from the Cosmetics Department. Angel was very patient with color matching me. He was also very cautious with product usage on me as he sanitized and cleaned everything. Very professional, and very welcoming. Thank you Angel, it felt as if a friend were giving me beauty tips.

Their plus sized section is a joke. Their clothes have no shape to them and they believe everyone’s got one body type. I’m not that big but i don’t fit in their standard sizes either. Torid is 1000% better.

We have been Macy's customer for a long time. But their egregious customer service experience has made me delete the app and we do not shop at Macy's anymore.
I purcahsed a sapphire bracelet from Macy's for my wife as a anniversary gift. I also purchased a warranty. Paid extra just to make sure in case I needed it. The bracelet had a faulty lock and a bad quality. It broke twice within 6 months. Fortunately both times we found it inside the house. Took it to Macy's Riverside CA at Tyler. The associiates there told me the item cannot be returned exchanged or repaired. I asked them why is that when your product is faulty and I have the warranty. I was denied any service and had to walk away from Macy's forever.

I go to the Benefit brow bar and get my brows done by Leslie, she’s the best. she does my brows so perfectly everytime I highly recommended her. Great customer service and she always recommends the best products that work for me
