I currently have an older heating system, a hydronic heater, built in 1997. My professional, Paul, responded to my rental property and contacted my tenant. I never met Paul in person, but he was very communicative and called and texted me while he was there, as well as informing my tenant the issues. Paul was able to inform me everything that happened and what was wrong with the system that I greatly appreciated his communication. Having a rental property and a tenant made things difficult to get information across but Paul was able to inform me in such a professional manner and quick. Thank you Paul!

We use this company for years and never had a problem until now. So we had a technician come out in August to service r ac Unit. Doing the tech visit we signed up for the yearly service. A few days later we had a new unit installed from another company . I called magnolia heating and asked if we could get a refund for the yearly service since we have a new unit. They told us no because we didn't buy the unit from them. I use to think this was a great company. But now I second guess them. And I would not recommend them to anyone. Just didn't know they did not have a return policy. Anyone that does service with please get clarity on a return policy.

For once, I wish there we MORE than five stars to pick.
Magnolia Heating & Cooling is above and beyond my expectations and definitely above and beyond my recent experiences with other service companies.
The overall points:
- THEY CALL BACK (wow, that's something you don't see a lot of from so many companies these days)
- THEY CONSISTENTLY COMMUNICATE BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER THE JOB
- THEY LISTENED TO ME!!! (I'm just not used to that anymore, so I'm still tickled).
- THEY ACTED ON MY NEEDS/REQUESTS/CONCERNS!!!
- THEY ARE TOTALLY FAIR ON PRICING. (in other words, they didn't gouge me).
The mid points:
- I had to have multiple visits for the particular situation of my broken A/C. On each visit, the assigned tech/repair person showed up ready to work, organized, focused. Everyone who came to my house is professional, polite, personable.
- With multiple people involved in getting my system back up and running, I observed how well communication between the service staff, and between the techs and the office flows.
- What really made my day(s) was their communication with ME. I was totally kept in the loop.
The fine points:
The office staff is top notch. They do what they say they are going to do. They worked WITH me on everything aspect of getting through a multi-day repair situation.

We have tried various HVAC companies in the past and Magnolia Heating and Air stands out above the rest. We have found them to be very responsive, reasonably priced and they don’t try and gouge us like other companies have tried to in the past. Everyone there has been friendly and helpful, but Alex really stands out as a technician that has gone above and beyond for us. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service again from Magnolia Heating and Cooling! Kirk is the best! He provided us with the options and took care of everything! He’s very experienced and knew exactly what needed to be done. Highly recommend them, always prompt, reliable, honest, and experienced service!

I was the listing agent for a newer home and the hvac system was 2 years old but not functioning properly. Paul was my service tech and he was on time, professional and fixed the problem quickly. I was extremely happy with everything until I received a call about 45 mins after leaving the property from the buyers agent letting me know her buyers were upset that they called the company and Magnolia told them that the hvac actually needed a new part which would have added $500 to the $250 I paid to have the part to be cleaned. Being a 2 year old system, a new part did not make sense especially since Paul was able to clean it and make it work. It felt like a money grab from Magnolia and as the customer myself I felt a little betrayed that Magnolia would cause more problems to someone who just paid them. The system is 2 years old!!! On a new house! I don’t understand if the hvac system was fixed by your tech. Why would you not back up the repair that your tech did when he fixed the problem? It’s unfair to me, the customer as well as diminishes the hard work Paul did to the hvac system. I was going to recommend Magnolia but after dealing with this added hassle I would not. The stars are for Paul, not Magnolia.
