Howard offered the highest price for coins compared to other coin shops. His is not a coin shop. He has a private office with no distractions and 40 years of experience.

I have to admit I was very skeptical at first, but after he explained the process to me I felt like I actually became a part of the appraisal process with him. If I come across more coins I will certainly work with him again. Thx Howard.
