There is the perpetual homeless camp in front of this building?Not to mention all the homeless in and around the complex.No security guard to be seenThis whole shopping center is dangerousRecommend going elsewhere

Large clean store with great selection, I was so grateful to Amber who helped me upgrade my phone and switch from my prepaid plan to a 5G plan. She was so patient, efficient, and solved all my concerns/questions about the switch. She also ensured my phone was completely set up before leaving, even though it was their closing hour I didn’t feel rushed at all!

Was ignored by all the employees as I waited 20 minutes (no hi, hello, I'll be right with you) even buy two female employees not doing anything but conversing about flan. So I left annoyed by the situation and paid my bill at the jurupa valley location and was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. When I called Arlington back to speak to the manager about my experience I got the run around for some reason or another and when I finally got a hold of him he was very dismissive as I if his employees could never ignore a customer that pays his bills on time. Enjoy your unearned money ?????

I went in for a new phone plan for my mother in law and I was greeted by Genesis. She was so happy to help and find me the best plan. Best customer service I’ve had at a T-Mobile!! Definitely will be coming back to this location.

Came in to T-mobile on Black Friday because my husband and I needed to replace our screen protectors. We received excellent customer service!!! And our phones got fixed within 5 minutes!!! Best experience at T-mobile !!!

The service I received from Diana Soto is one that met all of my T-Mobile expectations. She always strives to success. I had an issue with my bill of how much they were charging me and she helped me lowered it. Not only she fixed my TMobile problem and lowered my bill to something more convenient for me but she always stayed positive and patient. She's the reason why I still stay with T-Mobile.

I had the most amazing experience with T-Mobile home internet. Setting it up was a breeze, the customer service I received at this location was out of this world. The representative went above and beyond to assist us They even went out of their way to give my dog water I didn't even have to ask! Super attentive and considerate staff I love this location

So yesterday I tried to transfer to AT&T without knowing I had to pay my phone off first at T-Mobile, my bad, quick dumb decision, So I walked into T-Mobile today and they actually helped me before with my stupid actions. Jose spoke with AT&T and had my phone up and running back to its normal state within 15 minutes since I needed my number ported back over I'm m very grateful because I had no service and that really sucks. Everyone in that store is super cool and calm, thanks again guys.
