This place is by far my favorite store. They close at 9 pm and Jonathan is truly a blessing as he will look out for your best interest as he has for me and my family. I appreciate him as he honored what other ppl told me that they did not keep there word from other stores. Mich love and respect Jonathan.please come check this store out

If Johnny is not at the counter, and I have to do more than just pay my bill I come back. Johnny is extremely knowledgeable in his job and makes customers feel comfortable to ask any questions.

I had a wonderful young man Johnny assist me with backing up my data and resetting my phone to factory reset. I had tried having another Metro location assist me (Van Buren across from Mr. Taco) and the customer service was horrible. They seemed only interested in selling new phones and not helping existing clients. I was pretty disappointed in their professionalism. Johnny was a day and night contrast of that. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. He was with another client and still asked what I needed. Once I let him know, he told me he would be right with me. When it was my turn, he addressed my concerns and helped me get my phone reset without losing my data. Johnny is an example of a great employee representing a very big company. He has a great work ethic, is professional, and has great customer service. There are still wonderful young people in our workforce who take pride in what they do. Thank you Johnny you truly are an example of what Customer Service should be.

I bought a phone and it came out defective, they refuse to exchange it with the 1 year warranty with metro PCS and I did it 3 times and they say that the bad thing is the applications, I don't understand their logic, they only care about selling and then it's your problem!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!
