I ordered a sample of a mug I would like to carry at my coffee shop - Cafe Girasol - we spoke over IG DMs, she responded quickly and answered all of my questions, explained the sublimation process to me and I received my sample in the mail within a few days. Definitely ordering a batch once it’s in my budget ♥️
