I went in to buy a tequila bottle and when I got to the event the bottle was broken so I went back to get an exchange and the owner refused to exchange it. He called me a lair and said I didn't trust him!!! How can you trust someone who knows they sold you something broken!!! When I asked him if he checked it before he gave it to me he said it's not his job! He was super rude and disrespectful the sad part is he is the owner of the store and can careless about good customer service!!!

Great local spot for beer, macro or craft. Whether you like hoppy IPA's, smooth stouts, or fruity sours or cider, you will find something. I'm weaker in Wine, but their selection appears quite extensive. Don't expect much in the way of service if you aren't certain what you need from the store.

Been coming to this liquor store for 20+ years, but not often. Just when I want to buy lottery tickets, mini alcohol bottles, clove cigarettes or bidis, occasional incense and when I don't want to go into a large store to get beer and I HATE disgusting 7-11 stores! Also I like to come here to buy a new or harder to find brew on occasion. If you don't see something you're looking for, just ask. Some items are harder to see but they have no problem getting it for you if they have it. Oh, and I believe they have a cigar selection as well. Overall, never had any problems. They have a nice selection of hard liquor, beer, lottery tickets, and more for a small store. I really like how the incense smells and makes me feel calm as I walk in. It's uplifting and grounding considering the type of store and the type of people who come here. Service is also fast and the communication is good. Regarding the previous reviewers about the employees: I've never had problems with the employees. Yes, occasionally I have dealt with a rude man but he's got a chip on his shoulder so it has nothing to do with YOU. The others are guarded and serious, but are kind if you are genuine. I would be the same way if I had to come into contact with all the low energy that walks into that door! You have to be tough! Besides, I've experienced much more rudeness from the customers than them. Almost every time I come here someone is pushy, rude, cuts the line, slams the door in my face, or is just stinky & dirty. I avoid this by not coming during lunchtime or after people get off work 4-7 pm. It's a good store. I gave 4 stars because the shop could be a bit cleaner. Shelves are usually too dusty for my comfort. But it's a liquor store, not a 5 star hotel ;-) Just be cool and your experience will be, too!

The guys here are horrible do not come here all their e cigs are trash and broken they do not work and again the customer service is bad it's not a joke the guys that work here make it horrible shopping here
