This Old Navy has plenty of parking, and it's huge inside, I love that they also have XL sizes for women and men. The customer service was exceptional. The girls were so nice and helpful. I loved my experience, and I will definitely come back.

I think I should have known this would end in disaster. I called for an item I was told would be held for me. Prior to that, I was switched between 2 people who couldn't even get the item number or color I requested correctly. I was told they had the item requested and that it would be placed on hold. I arrived at the store a few hours later and proceeded to the counter to inquire about the item. The worker opens a cabinet and looks aimlessly at nothing... She doesn't see the item. I showed her a picture of it from the website to help her out. The employee proceeds to tell me, "Oh yeah, my manager said we didn't have it, so they didn't put it on hold... Sorry..." Then the employee proceeds to show me a rack of where it should be if they had it...which was pointless because they dont have it. I left frustrated as I wasted gas and time coming here all because they lied...next time, I'll just order online...at least that is reliable...HIRE HONEST PEOPLE PLEASE

This store needs to do better when it comes to Customer service. I was helped Stephanie ( I believe that’s her name). We had a lot of miss communication. But she could have done better on asking what should have been a return . Then she charged me on something I had returned. Then she proceeded to act like I didn’t know what was going on when she was the one who wasn’t paying attention. If she is a Manager she needs to do better.

Janet from the store went above and beyond. I’ve shopped at old navy for over 15 years and I’ve never met a worker like her. She was welcoming, very sweet, very informative, and actually cared about the people she was dealing with. I don’t think a worker can get better than her, and not only that she does things with intention. I don’t even think she realizes but she makes a difference just with her presence. I never really do reviews but I need the company to know they have a jewel on their hands. Thank you Janet for your time and it was a pleasure meeting you. We need more Janet’s in this world! I definitely will be back because of this woman, I know it was just a purchase and 1 interaction but what a difference she makes just that 1 time. She acknowledged things she didn’t have to, she made you feel welcome like if you were family. Thank you Old Navy for your employees like Janet who make the world just simply easier.
