This was the first time attending the Vintage Home Tour. The houses were all unique. The lines to go through the houses were longer than I thought they would be. It happened to be really hot with some humidity. It started at 10:00am, I heard from some people that in the past it had started at 9:00. I would recommend they change the time back to 9:00 because of the heat. The parking was tricky at a number of houses because they were on very narrow streets so some you had to walk a ways. My friend and will attend next year.

The salvage here is a treasure. Watch their Facebook page which Saturdays they are open. The Weber house alone is worth a look.

The Old Riverside Foundation is one of the most important organizations to be a part of in the fight for the voice for the history and the culture of our community. This organization preserves the aura and community feeling of our city. Without such organisations Riverside would lose its value and heart felt principles.
