Got a reminder call a day prior to my appointment and was terribly sick.. fever, headache, cough, nasal congestion etc and a female employer at this medical facility insisted that I show up to my appointment the next morning. I asked to reschedule my appointment and she replied “maybe you should reach out to your doctor’s office and see if they can find a facility that’s closer to you.” Where’s the empathy, compassion and the spirit of service to humanity?
With the current health crisis, clients are advised to isolate themselves, reschedule appointments, if fever is present. This facility encourages and insists on sick clients with fevers for days, showing up to their appointments.
Exactly a week from when this incident happened, I called this office to reschedule an appointment because it conflicted with another medical appointment that I had and was asked by a female worker “DIDN'T YOU MAKE THIS APPOINTMENT?” How rude and obnoxious. My response to this question was complete awkward silence over the phone.

I came in as a walk in, I couldn’t get into other imaging centers because their X-ray machines were down. Oracle Imaging was a able to get me in and out. I really appreciate the staff, everyone was very nice, helpful and professional. Definitely would recommend coming here. Just make sure to call before, regarding insurance coverage or any referral questions. Remember every facility has their own policies. Thank you again for your service.

I can not say enough good things about this place . My son needed a Stat MRI after calling a lot of places with no appointments Oracle went above and beyond to get my son in the next day . Stephanie was unbelievable in getting the Insurance figured out and was on top of everything that needed to be done . I would totally recommend this place .

I just finished having a 2nd MRI with the wonderful staff at Oracle Imaging. I was treated very professionally from the moment I first contacted them. The facility was clean and well decorated. I was treated with respect and dignity both times I was there for a procedure. I would personally recommend them to anyone needing any imaging done. Office is very nice. Staff is friendly. Female technician (wish I would have gotten her name) was fantastic. In all of my panic, she stayed calm while trying to clam me down. She took time to work with me and found a solution to get me calm in order to get the MRI done. Thank you so much.

The staff here is so friendly and really help make you feel comfortable. I'm not a fan of MRI's but have had to have a few done on my lower lumber and they are always so caring and help keep me at ease. This last visit was an emergency and they were able to get me in same day. My technician George/Jorge was very nice and helpful. I had to pay out of pocket because my work comp insurance is a joke (long story short) and the pricing was very fair! The office is always clean and peaceful too. I strongly recommend this place.

I was scheduled here for an MRI. First thing is to use the restroom before you get started. There are changing rooms available. I suggest coming dressed as comfortably as possible, pajamas or gym attire. You will be asked to lock up all electronics/personal items in their locker and you keep the key. If you are claustrophobic or have anxiety, then you might need some type of sedative inside of the machine. Plus, it is very loud during the procedure. Earplugs available and they do help, but it does not block out everything. Remember to ask for a copy of the CD to keep for your records and doctor. There is a large parking lot off of Brockton and Tibbetts. The employees were very courteous and made me feel comfortable.
