Don’t waste your time. They won’t get you in for weeks… better off diagnosing yourself!Also They are rude not considerate of a person in pain !If I can’t get in for weeks what’s the point of having a dr.? All I wanted was a phone visit to get blood work requested.Anyways they did me a MAJOR Favor of sending me a letter letting me know they will not assume responsibility as my physician any longer all because I hurt someone’s feeling. Awe poor little biatch…..Thank you ?

BEWARE: JUST MAKE SURE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT A MONTH BEFORE YOU WANT TO BE SEEN. I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT IN PAIN FOR A FEW WEEKS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. THEY NEVER HAVE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE. IM GLAD I SWITCHED DOCTORS. REALLY BAD SERVICE

I have been a patient of Dr. Branch for many years. This was the first time at this office. Nurse practitioner Carene was so attentive and took her time with me. The communication with the office is so prompt since they are using digital communication which I appreciate so much.

I tried to make an appointment today because I had heard good things about the Dr's here, sadly I was put on hold a total of 8 times, once for as long as 9 minutes, and when I finally was able to speak to anyone, I spoke with Marisol who is the office manager, and she was just as rude and dismissive as the receptionist Alexia. I understand being busy and under staffed, I'm working with the same situation at my job, however that is no excuse for being rude and disrespectful.

I had my first and last visit to this doctor's office. Lazy staff. They all seem as though they're about to fall asleep. Got a test done on 1/25, told results take 5-10 business days. Been calling since 2/4. They kept telling me my results weren't in yet. Called yesterday, 2/14, got told they weren't in again. I complained that it was taking a very long time, girl did a tiny bit more investigation and said that my results were actually there. I've been calling for two weeks being told my results weren't in because the staff was too lazy to actually check.
