Battery died at work and was looking around and called here. I had no way of getting there but they had an amazing service with door dash. Ordered my battery. Came in roughly 45min. Replace it on my break and was heading home at my regular time. Stopped by to drop off my old battery and get my core charge back. Shitty situation into a pretty positive one!

This location's owner has a no refund policy on tools no matter how long it has been since purchased. Bought a tool that didn't work for me and I couldn't exchange it for the proper fit. All because of weak scamsters who wanted to treat the location like a library return.

Couldn’t even offer a small 10 percent discount for a part that was opened and taped up already. Then proceeds to tell me I can’t return it if I open it . When it’s already opened. None the less I work at Autozone and wouldn’t handle customers this way. My name is JustinI’m a manager at auto zone .Come to us and you’ll see why everyone likes autzone more than oreillys .
