For a place that's supposed to be all about having auto parts they're surprisingly limited in what they have on hand. Every time I or someone close to me goes in they either don't have the right size or they have to special order it from somewhere else. To make matters worse this particular spot has this one tall skinny woman with glasses that is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Her knowledge of what's in the store and what you actually need is extremely limited and her attitude is just as bad. In fact, no one I know that has dealt with her has ever gotten the right item unless one of the male employees steps in. I have no idea how someone with her reputation and abilities still works there, is she the boss' daughter or something? Overall i would suggest that if you are in the area and need a part go to Firestone, check Amazon, or go to some other auto part store for better luck.

I go there this morning to buy a few items and standing by the front desk to the items the two employees just doing their own thing and not offering me any assistance to pay for the items, I left with our buying, NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE

Manager Here is Rude. dont come to this oreillys. I Shop at Oreillys all the time i perfer Oreilly's over autzone but After me stopping by to get a few things she was rude. Never coming here again. Autzone it is ! you can keep my reward points.

The Obese manager is very rude. Didn't bother to say hi or thank you. I think he is the reason why the environment is so heavy in this store. He wasn't wearing name tag.I know he is some type of supervisor because he usually spent too much time in a Lexus outside of the store. I recognized him because of the green uniform. Getting pay for doing notging.

The middle-aged who goes by J.R , the employee just greeted me by saying, "Can I help you," and of course I said that I needed to deposited my used oil to which he coldly said only 5 gallons per week. Plus, he didn't bother throwing away the cardboard box that I used to bring the three gallons of oil plus the 2 extras. Instead, he said you also have to take that with you. Now I know we have to take our plastic gallon containers first right after dumping the oil, but when it comes to cardboard boxes, at least help us get rid of it. Geez auto zone is kind enough to at least get rid of the cardboard boxes on our behalf. Beware of their attitude.
