Georgina M. was sassy for no reason, laughed at me, and had multiple errors when typing up the shipping address I neatly wrote out for her. I don’t know what her problem was. I feel bad for her that she feels like she has to be mean to others, what a sad life she must live. I don’t recommend this place.

I like the service of the owner and the employees and if the owner gets impatient it is because some people have all the time in the world to look for who they are going to send or the account number to which they are going to deposit and they wait until who arrive in front of the counter to start looking for said information or come out with their nonsense from the same one from last time as if they were the only customer they have

SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY & ENERGY AND DO NOT GO HERE. OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. I can’t understand how she is still in business after the way she treats customers. There are other employees in this center who are nice but this lady treats people bad. You can hear people in line complain about her. She was on the phone when she was talking to me. Instead of hanging up she decided to put her call on speaker. I find it disrespectful and unprofessional to be on the phone when you are given sensitive/private information about your customers. I’m surprised she hasn’t received any lawsuits for this. She needs to have better customer service and stop yelling at the customers.

Rude lady!! Wouldn’t call me tell to tell me that the box couldn’t ship. And proceeds to yell at me in front of other customers! Worst customer service! won’t be coming back! Pathetic excuse of a business!

Do not go here! OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. My mom stopped going here because the owner would give her attitude for asking simple questions. I continued to come here because the other employees were nice. Today was the first time I met the owner and was in disbelief with the way she acted. When I walked in she was on the phone, instead of hanging up she just put her phone on speaker. It didn’t sound like a professional/important call more like gossiping. I wasn’t comfortable giving my personal info out loud because she was on the phone! Instead I tried showing it to her and she yelled at me to spell it out. I explained to her that I can show it to her. But she refused to and continued to yell. I asked for a manger and she said she was the owner. Save yourself some time and DO NOT GO HERE!
