Waited over half hour after opening for them to ACTUALLY OPEN. While the staff nonchalantly watched and did whatever they should’ve already had done prior to opening . Or could’ve done while they actually opened on TIME .

It's really frustrating when a store is closed 20 minutes before it's posted store hours. This is the second time this happens this month. All other stores of the mall seem to remain open until actual closing time.

Had a great experience today, the customer service was excellent. Accidentally bought men's sized shoes online & was able to easily return them & get the right size ordered for me in the store.

The worst customer service, also misleading signs , claiming" Everything is buy one get one 50%off" neon signs everywhere. However when you purchase Brandy Melville clothing it's not part of the sale ( although the store claims Everything is on sale ) when questioned the sales person points to a small white sign in the smallest lettering,explaining that the Brandy styles are not part of the sale. PAC Sun in the past has always offers professional sales representatives. It's disappointing that it's now relying on people who really don't care. I will not return to the store nor will I recommend it,

This is my all time favorite PacSun! Why? You may ask? The experience is uncanny! Melanie, I'm guessing she's the manager, helped me not only find my size, but find the entire fit that looked perfect on me. She didn't once get annoyed or impatient with me being so indecisive, but help me and continuously brought different sizes and clothing til we found the perfect outfit. If anyone wants a killer experience at PacSun, I suggest, this store no matter where you live!! It is completely worth the drive, gas, and time to have the experience I did! Thank you Melanie! You saved my birthday weekend!

The management team here is absolutely disgraceful. The shift manager that assisted me today(whose name I will not list starts with an "M")is an example of what is wrong with young people today. Unfortunately the store manager (who was not present)lacks the insight to identify a lack of maturity her employees. I came into the store to return merchandise and the credit card machine would not process my return. My options were to either exchange, come back another day or wait for the IT department to answer the phone to fix the machine.

My options were to either exchange, come back another day or wait for the IT department to answer the phone to fix the machine. Apparently this issue has been ongoing and is not yet resolved. This young female handled the situation so poorly with such a disrespectful attitude that I am still in shock. I even attempted to point out to her calmly if she recognized that she was rolling her eyes and appeared to be irritated. She was snappy and had a smart remark for every single question or comment that I made. I asked her if she realized that this was an inconvenience . She said that it was an inconvenience for her as well. Before I left I told her that the disappointing part is that even when I leave she needs to stay on the phone to resolve the problem rather than wait for the next person to come in and experience the same issue. She hung up the phone right in front of me. I will never spend my money here again. Hopefully the ownership of this location specifically will take measures to address management here. I guarantee that they are doing more harm than good. Needless to say my issue is still unresolved, but tomorrow is another day...
