“I have to respectfully disagree about the customer service at the Riverside location. I have been going to this store for years. No matter how busy they are, they treat every customer with respect and patience. They are super efficient and your order is ready within the time frame they give you. They have given me a lot of advice through the years on projects, and I have heard them do the same for others in front of me. Also, you can tell they are very attentive to their customers in the trades and work hard to keep them moving and back to the job. Remember being in the customer service field is not always easy, so try not to judge those that serve us too harshly after just one bad experience.”

“The staff was very helpful with their recommendations . They Answered all my questions. Knowledgeable. They ran out of a primer I needed and recommended I check back in Sunday for the new shipment. I was really surprised when I came into the store for the follow up and saw behind the counter the primer ,in the amount I needed, labeled with my name . EXCELLENT customer service.
