Green thumb?
Need something colorful for a buried love one?
Maybe want to try some home made vegetables?
Outside of all my life responsibilities I really enjoy early in the morning or throughout the day catering to my home plant life from watering, pruning, feeding and watching it all grow. I seek quality and local.
I was at Home Depot wishing I was somewhere more plant focused and came across a lovely elderly woman who recommended this location.
Medium sized area, with a variety of plants, shrubs, trees, seeds and baby blooming vegetables and more ready to go.
The selection in the front can use a little more watering, but out back everything is well taken care of and immaculate. You can see the pride in the work being done and I absolutely appreciate that.
The cashier is very professional, insightful and funny. Made the purchase a delight and a must.
Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more.

Very Informative & very helpful staff. Always curtious . Some products cheaper at Lowe's or Home Depot, but the staff here go up & beyond to answer your gardening question's. I truly trust there product's & helpful idea's !!!

I have been shopping at Parkview Jackson for 30 years and I spend ~$500 a year. This year I bought 3 tomato plants on 22 March (labeled 2 early girls and one cherry). It turns out that they were mislabeled and there were two different kind of cherry tomatos and one early girls, so I went back today to get another early girl or another tomato that sets fruit in the hot part of summer. The two young women who working were unsympathetic ... I still bought a new tomato and didn't ask for a return. However, one of the young women told me that Parkview does not stand behind the labels and if you bought is what you get and that all look alike. When I questioned that by Asking "so you don't stand behind how they are labeled?' The woman said "NO, we are just haters and we don't care about our customers".
I was shocked. I went to look for Tim (owner) but he had left for the day. I have been so loyal, not buying plants or pots or potting soil else where. They generally have been great and I want to support local businesses but today I realized that unfortunately they don't seem to care about their customers any more. It is a shame.
My warning to all is to be prepared to have plants randomly mislabeled and that the business doesn't really care.

The staff at Parkview Nursery are super helpful and extremely knowledgeable!! My 1st experience was great because I was able to learn from the staff and get the guidance I needed for my home gardening ideas. I’ve been a customer ever since and will continue to see them for all my projects to come!

If you love flowers, shrubs , succulents , trees And specialty plants there so many to chose from. Parkview nursery is the place to be,not only plants they sale but also ceramic clay pots of all shapes and sizes ,potting soils and soil amendments for all your plant needs ,the staff at Parkview nursery are very knowledgeable if you have any questions or concerns about your care of your plants there happy to help ,if you live on the budget prices are very affordable, and their quality of their plants well, they are happy plants may I say more ?so come in and see for your self they open at 8:30 am on time .
