Patterson Park is a decent park with multiple playgrounds, swings, a baseball field, a basketball court, and open restrooms. It is walking distance for some and a nice place to enjoy food with family or for children to play. It seems to be a safe park to bring grandchildren at times. However, there are also times when it does not feel safe due to the unhoused and illegal activities. The park is rarely packed but has some shady characters hanging out in the parking lot, with someone often playing music or drinking in their car. Someone is usually selling shaved ice, which is nice for hot days.
This park is walking distance from my place. It seems to be a safe park to bring my grandchildren to at times. Then there are times when I feel it isn't safe cause of the unhoused and illegal actives that seem to be going on.

Nice clean park great for kids and a nice quiet place to just relax. Good parking and also has a clean restroom..
