A valve in my gas tank had to be replaced because l could only put in a gallon of gas at a time. The guys at Pep boys got me back on the road , and they checked the other systems to make sure that there was no other problems.

Called look we a week in advance to make appointment for an oil change, appt was set for 8:00 am, when I got there I was told that they don’t start doing oil change until 10 am (then why schedule me for an oil change at 8???) nevertheless, the guy at the front counter said they can do it in about an hour and a half. So I left my car, walked around the area and started walking back after about an hour to see if they at least started on my car only to be told that it wouldn’t be done for at least 1.5 hours. No apologies whatsoever from the guy at the front counter, worst customer service ever! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Pretty bad experience from the guy at the reception, Bryant. Was not very responsive to the customer's questions and rude. Dont want to visit this place again. They need to train their folks how to treat customers.

I have been coming to pep boys for quite some time now for oil changes and never have any complaints about the service or the wait time. Today, I waited a little longer than usual, about 3 hours, which was not a problem for me, however they comped my oil change for being so patient. I really appreciated that and will continue to get my oil change at pep boys.

Showed up to pep boys with an emergency got a nail in my tire while on the fwy. No other tire shop was open, just pep boys. Got there at 6:30. They told me they couldn't take any more cars when they close at 7 pm. Absolutely no customer service. Lost of a sale and a returning customer

Where do I start. I was in a pinch for 4 new tires and an oil change. Bryant and his team were top notch! I also watched them help and train the new young lady that is working there! That is what a true manager does. Hats off to Pep Boys for having such a great team and an amazing leader! I recommend them to anyone who needs help!
