After spending $290.00 for private dog training with Steve, nothing changed. He was not knowlegable on my issue and was no help. He spent more time thinking and talking, refunds not available. I cancelled my last session. I would not recommend Petco for dog training.

I have been taking my dog Khloe since 2015. My khloe loves Ashley in the grooming department. Ashley is the sweetest and takes good care of her. She has since she was little. Khloe is now 13 yrs old.

Went in today 5/15/25. Asked for a certain product that was advertised on their website as being in stock. The salesperson said they didn’t have it because of a lot of stealing. She didn’t offer an alternative product. Then called the store at Pats Ranch and the person that answered the phone said they did have the product and I drove there and of course they didn’t have the product. Why doesn’t Petco teach their employees to check before giving erroneous information and making the experience a frustrating one

The manager, Sammy is a racist. She uses her manager position to take advantage. Cooperate should look more into this and fire her just because she's white and I'm a person of color doesn't give her the right to doubt if I can raise a pet or not as long as I give it love and a good loving home. She didn't feel "comfortable" selling me a cat all because how I looked because she didnt give me a reason but I knew the reason was because of how I look. People should know this location has rude and discriminating workers especially her.

Adam at the register made my simple visit to get crickets very uncomfortable when i received this message that he memorized my phone number because he thought i was pretty. Give him the advice to not use people’s personal information from their petco rewards account to hit on women. It made me very uncomfortable that he took my number without my consent and made me not want to shop at this petco anymore

Asked 2 times for assistance in fish never got it. Another customer asked they said someone is on the way. An associate came asked if we needed help we said yes. She said she will get someone then walked out the front door. 30+ minutes to get help. No customer service.

Terrible service, Sammy the "manager" was very rude and judgemental when we wanted to purchase a guinea pig. She looked at me and my partner and stated that I don't look like I can take care of a pet. When I have owned a guinea pig for over 8 months. She said that she doesn't feel comfortable selling it to us for any valid reason. She used her position as manager as an excuse to deny us the guinea pig. Simply put she put her emotions over customer service. Terrible terrible terrible imagine trying to get your guinea pig a companion and you get denied by a rude, impulsive, judgemental worker.
