Absolute disaster, extremely unprofessional. First time taking my dog to this location for a grooming appt (bath only). Groomer said she said needs to upcharge me for a large dog size. I let her know I took my dog to another location 4 months ago for grooming and they weighted her at a medium size dog based off your store standards. She informed me that their store doesn't have a scale, they go based off how they look, and she looks like a large size. I then told her, well if I went to the other location they'd weigh her at medium, so why am I upcharged as a large here? She then told me it will take 2-3 hours. I dropped her off at 9:45am....4 hours go by, no calls/ texts for any updates on my dog's BATH service. I called the store 4 times, no answer.. so I came into the store at 1:30pm, and the groomer told me "nope she's not ready. She didn't like the blow dryer, so she's sitting in the kennel air drying. Come back at 2:15". That upset me because this is the 4th hour for ONLY A BATH SERVICE, and my dog is sitting in the kennel wet, waiting. I left and came back at 2:15pm, my dog still wasn't ready. I spoke to the store manager Jennifer, who was super unprofessional. She let me know their vet took their scale, but they do have a cat scale, but it's broken so it's going to be inaccurate around 10lbs. Which is ridiculous. She said they go based off how the dog looks, since it's a golden doodle, it's automatically a large size dog. I let her know my dog was just considered a medium size according to the other location, how is that possible that you guys just "eyeball" a size determination but other stores use policy of going by weight? She stood to her story and let me know it's the groomers decision. They completely ignored my point of view, frustration and never apologized once. I let her know if she had an update on my dog because now it's almost 5 hours for a bath service, and that I never got any updates regarding my dog the entire time. She said "well your groomer is busy taking care of your pet, she doesn't have time to text or call you". I told her I have always had the groomers text updates or even call me to let me know what's going on with the appointment. And she continued to argue with me and said "which other locations have you been to? I just see the Mira loma location" and I said "yes that's exactly my point, that location has called me at least 2 times for updates on my previous appts with them" . She continued to ignore what I was saying and let me know I can have the number for corporate if I wanted and that was it. 5 hours for a bath service, unprofessional management by Jennifer, poor service by groomer Caitlin. Please do not get grooming services with this location, they are extremely unprofessional. The Mira loma location handled the situation by offering to refund the overcharge which was amazing of them to do so because they had nothing to do with this situation. Please take your services there instead.

Went in literally 10 minutes before they closed (which i hate doing because i know they tryna go home), and the associate was super nice and got me what I needed. I was in and out within a few minutes.

Went in to get some salt water products and at first I didn't get the help I wanted. Some girl near the aquarium area ignored me, then I asked for help, I got a dirty look like was bugging her. Maybe she was having a bad day. But then I met Sam, she was amazing and turned everything around in a heartbeat, she knows her business when it comes down to salt water fish, she was amazing and helped me out in a way were I didn't expect it. She went the extra mile for me. I hope she's the manager of that place because she knows customer service and employees were coming up to her on what to do next. She had it all handled. I'm in the business of customer service my self, and Sam turned this 1 star into a 5 star. If she's not running this place, she should be fyi corporate. Because of her I will be back to spend more money on salt water products, which is an expensive hobby. ? If your reading this Sam, keep doing what your doing, your Aces in my book. I had placed an order online through doordash sales representative josie store 585 was extremely rude to my father not allowing him to return the items even with a receipt on hand. She kept telling him needed to have the same card the door dasher payed with. I was trying to tell her and she told me no you listen started yelling at me when I asked to speak to the manager he tried defending her actions they both are extremely rude.

Manager was brusque and refused to honor the price match policy, fighting that promotional prices don’t apply that policy. I did not feel welcome to the store. Overall bad experience, and I probably will never return to the store.

I had my puppy I went right when it opened and they were putting away stock normal but this guy left his cart in my way saw me struggling with my basket and dog didn't move. I was looking for stuff bo one helped everyone was rude. This is why we changed to petsmart . My last dog we did training grooming vetco all with petco now we changed. Your employees are rude.

Friendly staff and really liked the Vet too bad you don’t have a full time facility. I have to find a Vet for Vader gland issue to check them at least 4 to 5 times a year.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stock seemed to be in decent shape, of course like always what I actually came in for—-flea treatment for cats—-was in short supply. Gosh darn summer weather.
