Porsche Riverside has an amazing up-and-coming elite sales person who is early on in his professional journey. Edwin at Porsche Riverside, delivered and exceptional, individualized experience from start to finish. Even though he is early in his journey with Porsche, he already operates with A level of polish, confidence, and customer first professionalism that feels truly top-tier. He was responsive, transparent, and genuinely focus on what I needed.— Not just making a sale— Making the entire process, smooth, comfortable, and honestly impressive. I have had worse customer service at Honda dealers in Toyota and this is why I love the Porsche brand. What stood outmost was the Personalized service: Edwin took the time to listen, anticipate questions, and communicate clearly at every step. No pressure, no games, just a straight shooter approach with luxury level attention to detail. You can tell he is composed under pressure, I did throw a curveball into his morning Having shown up without an appointment. 30 minutes ahead of his scheduled appointment, which allowed him to juggle to clients at once, which was very impressive and truly amazing. The team at Porsche Riverside have to know that they have a gem on their hands. He has real star quality, and the very high ceiling, and I have no doubt he’s going to become a stand out in the industry. Overall a positive experience with a few hiccups. John Beech, the sales manager, was professional and concise. Alexi, the Porsche expert, was excellent and helped personalize the experience.
There were a couple of avoidable issues caused by one associate, Carlos. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly.

Jeremy was a beast, he solved all what couldn't be solved. Carlos and John are PROs.
On the down side, Edwin needs to work on his communication skills and consider that he is selling a 6 figure cars not grocery item. Impatience was noticed, and attempts to rush the process that made me hesitate to complete the process until Jeremy got involved.

We worked with Juan Torres. Started with some texting. I had lots of questions about the vehicles in stock. He had all the answers. We made a VIP appointment for Saturday. I think we must have driven every Cayenne there. He had to move cars to get to the ones we wanted. He was very patient and kind. In the end we purchased a Cayenne hybrid. Call This # dealership they did not have AI answering their phones and they were very kind and they also did the service that I was looking for and I wasn’t downgrade it and talked like I was a two year-old by people that think they know more than everybody else they were actually very human and very kind all the way to the service advisor, Henry Good people highly recommend them

You spend so much money on these vehicles 160+ and you don’t expect to hear from the scheduling girl we can’t look at it until the end of the week and we don’t have any loners either. I call Ontario and she says two weeks. Not when ford will take you right in. Land Rover rents you a vehicle when they don’t have loaners. Henry Quesada is the reason why I’m giving them 5 stars. A neutral guy that seems like he will provide great service to anyone that walks through the door not on who ever he feels like or whenever he feels like unlike most folks. He got my car in and provided a loaner. Thank you.
