Literally every time I’ve attempted to come here during their posted hours, they are never opened. I’m not sure how they even make any money to pay for the space they occupy.

I came in on a Tuesday, sign says open 10am-5pm. I waited for 30 mins after 10am. No one showed up. Business was still closed. Please update your hours accordingly.

After several days of waiting for my customer to receive an important package I sent via postal arena, I checked the tracking number and found out it never left their building. They were closed for the following two days. Therefore, TEN DAYS after I initially sent the package I returned to their office to find out what happened. Turns out they forgot to give it to the USPS driver and it had been sitting on the counter for TEN DAYS. I demanded that they overnight it to my customer, which they agreed to do. It has now been two days since then and my customer still has not received his package. The tracking number says it will arrive in two more days. Turns out instead of overnighting it, they selected two business day delivery ON A THURSDAY. I would not have imagined it would be so difficult to ship a package from a place that does nothing but ship packages. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

This place is always closed when I need to pickup my mail it is so unreliable. I wouldn't suggest this business to my worst enemy! 80% of the time when I come to pickup my mail they are closed and my packages are rejected because they are never open to receive them. I am not ever able to pickup my mail when I need to. worst paid service I have ever received. I think they should refund the last six months of rental fees for posing such an inconvenience to there clients.

This place is the worst. I've tried showing grace but they're never open when they say they are and they are not helpful at all. Not too long ago they were charging $1 to drop off packages and I mean a dollar is nothing but what? It sucks that this is so close to my house because I can't rely on this business to be open when I need to go. It's a joke at this point. Funny business to me.
