Woah do not come here! EXTREMELY poor service and they managed to lose my package, or at least lost track of it in whatever system is here because it's gone fully, a trend I'm now seeing in these reviews as well. I should've followed my gut when using their services. Don't drop off any packages here!! Im sending a report to the BBB because something needs to be handled here. Wish I could give 0 stars

genuinely awful services they lost my package 💀 im 100% sure an employee STOLE it. no tracking number update since dropping it off and no receipt provided after i dropped it off.
another review stated the same that their package was stolen by an employee. sort your stuff out. operating as a business like this with terrible employees? make it make sense.
they provided no help in sorting it out. no professionalism. inshallah their day will come they close permanently. how are they even open.
DO NOT GO HERE or drop off any packages here!!!!

Natalie Romero was Extremely rude and highly offensive on the first and definite last time I was at this store. She felt the need to argue with my kid and I while I'm in the store with a bunch of other customers in the store telling me over and over again that I have the wrong store I have the wrong store. So worried about being right she's lost all sight of professionalism, ethics, and decorum. I'm literally embarrassed for her and the owner, as well as everyone else in the store. Do better!!!!! This is wrong!!!!!!
On a sidenote: no one is lost, I called four times before I arrived throughout the prior two weeks. I memorized the address.

We have had our post box there for about 3 years. Everyone is very friendly, knows Popcorn my service cat by name. And is so helpful! I highly recommend.

Don’t drop off packages here. They will steal the package. I made the mistake to drop off a package and the rude lady said she couldn’t give me a receipt. I trusted her, bad mistake. The package never arrived to the destination. They kept it. It never moved from their office. They should always provide a receipt. This is outrageous. I wouldn’t trust them for anything. My husband went in the other day and the same lady told him they don’t provide a receipt. He didn’t drop off the package. Someone needs to report them to customer affairs ASAP.

They are very unhelpful. Go to the ups in the adjacent shopping center if you can. If not, the post office is better

Bad experience the manager is super rude and not polite at all . The manager wasn’t able to answer any of my questions about shipping . Never going there again

The lady that does the notary here is so disrespectful I could not believe it that they have her doing customer service. She rolled her eyes and everything it was pretty intense wow I’ve never seen anything like that must be voting for Joe Biden.

I've been a loyal customer with this business for almost 30yrs. I've brought them lots of business and I've always paid on time. However, they've changed ownership a couple years back, and the quality of service and customer care is gone. I was fooled thinking I had the same quality of friendship that I had previously. On more than one occasion, I told the new owner (Nick) months ago, I wouldn't be renewing my P.O box. So, after my lease had expired, I didn't see any need to return, so I never saw the notice. After receiving a call, I learned that they were holding my mail and continued to charge my box. I went to pick up MY mail and reminded them that I told Nick months ago I wouldn't be renewing my box. They wanted me to pay for two additional months of which I refused. The employee then refused to give me my mail (I'll have to see if there's some federal offense there). I was noticably upset, but I figured it'd get cleared up when they talk to Nick. Rather, Nick calls me the next day and harasses me, still expecting me to pay a portion of his mistake even though he knows I told him. Don't expect this new ownership to be honorable and fair. They'll even call and harass you. He knows I told him!

Most unfriendly place for Latinos ,we went to notarize some paperwork and the notary said that she forgot her stuff at home, we call back later and she ask us to go back and that she will do it for us, when we arrive, she said that she can’t do it due that she was really busy and have many things to do and her coworkers were in lunch.I don’t know why she ask us to go to her place and then she said no!

I’ve had a box here for years, no more.Poor business all the way around since change of ownership. Box rentals are very high, shipping rate double that of USPS and if you’re needing a notary go elsewhere.Brought three documents to be notarized and the agent couldn’t figure them out. She became frustrated and shoved them back at me and told me to go somewhere else.

Got passport photos here - and was super happy with how quick I was able to get it done. From parking to going in and getting photos, to returning to car, 8mins. It's a fraction of the time and lower priced than CVS a few doors down (assuming CVS has someone to do it that day).
