As a long time CUSOCAL member, I was very excited to hear that a branch would be opening up closer to my Corona residence. Wow, what a disappointment. Not only do the people that work here not look or act professional, but the place smells of cat urine. The entrance has no room for more that 3 people. There is no air conditioning. Most of all, THERE IS NO ATM HERE! I mean, what a joke. CUSOCAL, this property with its employees was a very bad investment. There definitely needs to be some money put into sprucing up the place and providing training on professionalism.

Since this Bank has changed over to Southern California credit Union I've had nothing but problems with this Bank customer service is horrible seems no one knows what's going on 1person will tell you one thing and another will tell you a different thing and it's always the customer's fault do not bank here now I understand why they have under three stars

Mark has terrible customer service and just wasted my time. First he couldn’t find my account and then he didn’t deposit my check as I have always deposited same and larger amounts into my account. As he said he was doing due diligence and decided not to deposit into my account. Not recommended to come into this bank. Horrible customer service.

Not even worth one star. Horrible experience. 0 empathy from the branch manager. After driving an hour out to the branch to complete the process for opening an account, at first they were unable to figure out why the system was unable to process my application. Then the branch manager comes out after almost 30 mins to tell me that they need to verify my complete DOB and they need my birth certificate. Never in my experience of opening an account or getting a loan did I need to provide my birth certificate. It’s not a document that I carry around with me. Moreover, in the email I was only told to bring my SSN, drivers license and a proof of address. Unwilling to help, she denied my application. Not to mention, the same credit union approved my loan. But now because I cannot open the account, they will definitely be losing a customer as I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I've never had a bad experience, it's all been really great! I just wish they would extend their hours to 5:30pm or 6pm. It would make it so much easier since I get off at 5pm.

Never ever ever use this credit union, they are clueless in the orange office. It took me two days on the phone for someone to know how to execute a payoff. I finally had to drive over an hour to pay off our van. That was early December. Since the payoff they have taken an additional two pmts, almost $600 and dont know how to stop the autopay.

Terrible experience and worse nightmare on my credit .This bank it's a Joke ,the Manager should be replaced Inmediatily.Trully unfair to the customer after paying almost 7 years on time with automatic payments 2020 covid the company I work for 5 years showdow.I plain them the situation it takes time for the unemployment process etc. They totally destroy my credit even I Pay and I was on a programa with the bank ..I track on my payment right back .They don't value customer here ,plus they still own me $134 I been calling the manager and email her she never answered my emails or my calls

Forgot password to log in to my account. Three strikes… you’re out. Disables any online access. Ok I get it. Must call office to reset - ok I get it. 30 minutes later and it still playing the mind numbing happy wait diddy…………………?Now what? I don’t get it! Another 30 minute wait? Time to join another CU.10/5/22 Next day. SAME STORY
