By far one the worst experience I've got. First of all I went their after my Stroke which they closed voluntarily because I eventually defaulted after my stroke. But they don't care about your condition they look at it its your fault. At the time I went to go settle the account it was $405.00 and told me of I settled the account I open a new one at the same location but when I went to settle the account today they told me other banks I'm able to just not this institute lol. So I paid it but before I wanted confirmation teller said they provide one. When I paid all the sudden they will not anymore. They gave me a cashiers check non cashable off course as a proof of payment lol. I am glad I will never do business this bank go figure the B.S you get after doing business with them

This review is for the excellent service we received when changing signers on our booster club account. We met with Lawanna and she provided stellar customer service. As a new signer I look forward to working with her again , and the entire staff. Keep up the great customer service FIVE STARS !!!

Literally worst customer service. Any other bank is better. Maybe don't tell customers that they will be on hold for a minute and leave them waiting on the phone for forever?

This is my bank. My husband banks elsewhere. We went to deposit a joint government check yesterday. They weren't going to cash it. They decided to saying this was a one time thing. I'm not happy at all with this. The teller was great. He always is. But the manager was not. I'm not sure if I want to continue banking here.

We've actually walked out on a Chase bank before because of horrid customer service but I've never had anything short of an absolutely perfect banking experience with Provident ESPECIALLY this location. The people here remember me every time I come in and ask me about my day and everything is done with professionalism and kindness. I'll never go to another bank.

It's always a privilege visiting provident branch in riverside, California. We have been member of this bank since 30 years. Tried some other reputable banks but kept this as our primary bank. This time we got a chance to meet bank manager Dillon Tuttle to get some work done. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Very impressed with the services provided at this branch.
