I made an appointment And checked in when I arrived. They called my name a few minutes after the phlebotomist was professional. She explained everything to me and was kind.

The lab order from my doc didnt go through the system but I was emailed a copy.. They did not take it because "it was on my phone" and they did not offer any sort of help. I was just asked to contact my doctor's office to refax the order to the central system, which is fine, but asked to wait until it was submitted for god knows how long... when I had a copy of it right on my phone. I went to a different quest location and they were able to print the lab order for me. Much better service at the Magnolia Ave location.. Go there instead

The parking is hectic and small but the staff make up for it!
My lab technician “Maglena” was very quick, kind, courtesy, gentle and professional! No pain or anxiety when I get blood draws.
I was walk in patient and didn’t wait more than 3 minutes! Will come to this location if I need blood work again!

They took my name off the board and then allowed other patients to go before me even though I had an appointment before them. I needed help as when I first got there, it didn't show my appointment. I went through one of the doors to find someone to help and they didn't like that. I was the only one there at the time. They kept coming and taking other patients before me, and they had later time appts. I would explain that I was here before anyone in the room, but they gave me the runaround. After many patient they took, I decided to leave as they were not happy and very unprofessional with me. Waisted my time.

Everything about my visit was great! Website is user friendly and easy to navigate. Check in is super easy. Just about no wait time. Phlebotomist that know what they're doing and actually care!
