I went to get my blood drawn at this location on a Tuesday Morning. Even though it was packed I was attended to with only 5 minutes in the waiting room. The lady was very kind and she took her time as my veins were hard to find. She made sure to use a heating pack and to really find my veins! Great experience as she was calm and patient with me! I was so afraid of the needle but the process was so smooth I didn’t feel any pain!

The tech was simply fantastic and a credit to your organization. The rest of the staff at that location were also great. However, the reservation process is awful to the point of being unusable. The customer service people on the phone are beyond useless and violated Quest's ISO 9001 quality management system by refusing to take a complaint. The customer service representatives didn't even know they had a quality management system, which is yet another training violation of ISO 9001.

When an appointment is made the time involved with a blood draw is incredibly quick and the staff are outstanding with their skills.

I came here after a bad experience with another Quest location. The lab order from my doc didnt go through the system but I was emailed a copy.. This location and they were able to print the lab order for me. Maria B was so sweet and was able to help me out!
Great blood draw and service- she's been working for Quest for 16 years and it shows :)

Appointments are easy to make and I have waited no more than a couple of minutes to be seen with an appointment. Maria (Magnolia, Riverside) was amazing and skilled in finding a stubborn vein! This location is my "go to" for all bloodwork needs.

Always friendly and efficient staff, never wait more than ten minutes past my appointment time and clean facilities. Plus easy parking.
