I've been working with Raincross on SEO and PPC since 2016 for my commercial real estate company in Orange County and Riverside County. I will be honest when I received their initial estimate I thought it was expensive. $1,500+ per month for SEO, Content Writing and Google Ads management? I had worked with various digital marketing companies in the past with monthly rates ranging between $299 and $599. So I was initially a little shocked by the higher estimate from Raincross. I asked to setup a call, and Kevin said he'd prefer to meet me in person at my office. That was a first from any of my previous SEO experiences where the norm was typically e-mail or ticket communication. I said "absolutely" I'd love to meet in person... Kevin (the owner I found out after we met) drove out from Riverside to my office off Jamboree in Newport Beach. We met and I could tell right away this guy knew what he was talking about. He first explained his background and went on to explain the whole process and what he and his team do to optimize websites. He showed me examples from his current clients and delivered a full 26 page audit of our website which showed me the deficiencies (at no cost btw). I thought I knew what SEO was, but until I met with Kevin no one had ever had ever explained in such detail the entire process. He is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to digital marketing. When we wrapped up that initial meeting I could clearly see the difference between the pricing I was use to paying and the difference that a firm like Raincross provides. I took a chance by signing a contract with Raincross. Fast forward now to 2019 and I can say without hesitation you get what you pay for! All the years I spent paying these firms $299 feel wasted. The difference between Raincross and the others is their professionalism, knowledge, and execution. None of the previous agency's/firms I have worked with even come close. Our website traffic over the last three years is up 127% in Google Analytics. Lead conversions up 72%! If you're a company operating in today's marketplace it's vital to understand the value of the internet and the necessity for ranking high in organic, paid and local search results. I can't recommend enough the partnership of working with a digital agency like Raincross. To anyone who may read this review and is interested in building or improving their digital marketing efforts give Raincross a call, they will impress you and deliver results. Dan

I was looking for an agency to do a web site for bot our for and not for profit small business. After looking at Raincross' website and seeing their previous clients I thought yes! NO. I called and the receptionist answered the phone by saying 'Hello' she never mentioned the company name in her greeting. Then after scheduling with her, which took way too long for her to capture my information-I was told I'd get a call today for an appointment over the phone. Which NEVER happened. I called them back to ask why no one called me back. She put me on hold, came back to the phone to say Kevin was not answering his phone. No follow up. No effort to keep me as a potential client. No apology. I was very disappointed. Today 2/27/19 I received an email from Kevin at Raincross Marketing. He apologized and explained the situation in great detail. I was appreciative of his effort to not only clear his reputation as a business owner but also to gain potential future business from me. Based on our conversation I would consider doing business here in the future!

I came across Raincross Marketing after being extremely frustrated with dealing with a few so called "Professional Web Developers". When you hire a company and they don't return your calls until days later, that will definitely throw a person like me into a tailspin. I am a very particular person when it comes to having a since of urgency and getting done what your customers need you to do. I have worked for a few fortune 100 companies as well as the highend restaurant industry for a great number of years so I am very big on making the customers experience memorable. Clearly the current web developer team folks weren't making our company fell that way. After reaching my tipping point I got on google and searched for a local company that would be able to get the job done. After making a few phone calls and sending out a couple of emails I came across Raincross Marketing. A gentlemen by the name of Kevin Watts picked up the phone and we discussed briefly what I needed done. He had some recommendations that we agreed on and within 1 hour he sent me an email telling me that the changes were done. While I was reading the email I was like he must have sent this to the wrong customer because I was accustomed to things taking much longer to get done from the previous couple of companies. 1 hour I just couldn't believe it. I stared at my cell phone in amazed for a moment before going to the website to see if it was true. Sure enough Raincross had delivered. I was so ecstatic that I told him that I wanted him to change the password on the backend because I had, at that moment decided to fire all previous Web Developers, and only deal with Kevin at Raincross. Since then Kevin and his team has assisted us with a revamp of the website www.mitholog.com and it is light years better than it has ever been.
