I had to change my rating to 3 stars. Apparently they have increased the price of produce markdowns by 25%. It's now $1.25 a bag. I might as well pay for fresh produce from another store with lower produce prices.

I used the app today to order 2 family meals. My email confirmed it was ready for pick up. So I went to pick it up the older lady behind the display case said oh I always get the online orders and they never pick them up! So I just didn't make it. Then proceeded to ask if I needed something. Umm.. No thank you because then I would have to wait to get fresh chicken for the amount I am getting. That's why I ordered it online!! I guess I'll go with Vons from now on.

Not all but most employees are extremely rude. I had an encounter with a self checkout employee, I didn’t get his name but respectfully, he isn’t hard to miss because he is a person who has (dwarfism.) He was extremely rude! He was bagging someone’s groceries & placing them into the cart behind me. He then pushed the cart & it hit my backside. When I turned to say something he was at my cart looking through it asking if I paid for my things or not ! While I was clearly checking out already. He didn’t even apologize for hitting me with the shopping cart.

This is my #1 neighborhood grocery shopping experience. It used to seem as if Ralph's was always a bit more expensive. Nowadays with such inflation it's actually not too bad. I very much appreciate the fact that they remain open pretty late. These days, not everyone works or lives a day shift. But unfortunately like everywhere you go the zombies come out at night too. However, despite being plaqued like everywhere else in town with the Zombie Apoclypse, they hire friendly security guards. Both the security and the manager Joe, do an excellent job of keeping the Zombies well behaved. They treat everyone with dignity and respect, while keeping it strictly business. All customers are welcome to shop in a safe well managed environment. I can't say enough about Joe B. He has been our go to guy when it comes to groceries. He has been a part of the community working at this store for as long as I can remember... Besides, the late hours, I would say that he is another reason we shop this Ralph's. My wife and I always get a little concerned if we don't see him. Obviously he deserves a day off, but I don't have any idea when he is ever not there to greet us, check us out, or box our groceries. Thank You Ralph's/Krogers brands for retaining great employees. It really makes a difference!

Horrible customer service!!
Bought 2 pkgs of corn on the cob, Crawfish and other stuff for Mothers Day Dinner. Crawfish was precooked and flavorless, buy wasn't expecting much, they are really hard to find.
But the corn on the cob was spoiled and rotten!!! Opened the pkg and the kernels were mushy and it stuuuunk!!! ? Wife took back 1 package and the rest of the 2nd package that I had opened and threw away the packaging.
Management would NOT refund the corn without the original packaging even though we had the original reciept!! Not sure why, but the wife came home, dug through the trash and found the 2nd packaging and went back for the $6.99 gift card!!!!
Yes, not refunded back to my card, not cash, STORE CREDIT!!!! SmH
Our family has been in Riverside since the 1920s, we've never liked Ralphs, prices are always too high, but you'd expect a higher quality. . .not anymore!!!
Stater Bros or Northgate Gonzales, heck, I thing Maxi food might have better quality and better customer service. Sad to see such a large chain give customers such a hard time for a refund for spoiled product bought just a day prior.

I shop here regularly. There are a few really nice cashiers. But, the manager is a jerk. The people at the deli are MIA. I constantly leave without buying deli meat or salad because NO ONE is ever there. I waited today for 10 minutes and nobody ever showed up. This store is going in the wrong direction. Won't be back!

I was just in the bakery dept and the employee was LESS than helpful and annoyed by our questions. Clearly she had better things to do, like talk with a personal friend.

Convenience location with a lot of parking space, very friendly staffs and seldom with long line by cashier, fair price with wide variety. Just hope the digital coupon is most user friendly, I miss a lot of saving since digital coupon implemented.
