First off the biggest scam is the diagnostic fee they charge even after you telling them what the issue is with the machine second all management of staff and customer services extremely terrible after spending $10,000 in repair on parts you get screamed at by yard staff telling you to get out of their yard and go load up in the street you can’t have your $200,000 truck in trailer safe behind their gates. They’d rather have you in the street with all the crackheads, I only come to RTO because the John Deere parts are cornered by the dealer only there are no aftermarket parts. I don’t mind paying a lot, but I would at least like to get good customer service and management treating me well after I spent 10 grand and parts thanks diagnostics.I have only met 3 good people at this branch the rest don’t care to even do there job.
Also my ac worked perfect ice cold now it no longer works. My favorite part the inside of my cab was like new clean as a car now it’s just pure dirt and sand all over the headliner. Thanks, I’ll be selling off the rest of my John Deere equipment.
Another update , paid for oil samples and don’t receive all of them, no refund . Also my machine is still having the same issue . I just spent 12k on a diagnostic laptop it will save me the money instead of coming back here ?
Another update. I got a lot of wrong parts and no one ever reach out to me haha!

Holly in sales is amazing. I purchased a John Deere yard tractor a year ago it was the best purchase ever. I went to get replacement blades and Rosa and Alex helped me and was great. Thanks RDO.

First of all, I was not going to leave a review but yesterdays call changed my mind. Last year 2022 I bought a mind loader, such a perfect machine for my compost operation except within 3 months started overheating. It went back to the shop 5 times with no luck the machine kept overheating. Months went by, the problem persisted. They tried fixing the issue however they did not have the knowledge to do. In January the machine completely stopped working at our site. They sent a mechanic, couldn’t fix it, they sent another one at lunch time, he couldn’t fix it, sent a third mechanic and he made it run. He said the machine should run now but needs to go back to the shop. Next day when tried starting it to my surprise it won’t start again.upon inspection the machine was leaking oil from the middle. At one year after he sale theEquipment had the following problemsHydraulic oil leaking gas leaking right side bulb did not work, Ignition came off, charging port did not work, there was a strong noise in the swinging arm where the bucket goes.Yesterday I received a call from a guy named Kane telling me that Vermeer bought the machine back. He also stated that they fixed it and sold it. I can’t imagine all the parts that have been compromised with the overheating problem all this time because of their lack of knowledge to fix such machine. Now they still still want $14,000 even though I already paid them $10,000. ToThis machine took way more than it help my business. Then they turnaround around a sell it to someone else who may experience the same. I gave them enough time to fix and I asked for another machine in exchange it was not convenient for me to let it go and do all the work by hand but honestly I did not want to pay $58k for something with so many problems within one year. I spoke with everyone at Vermeer and no one truly knew what to do. Greatly showed company culture. And on top of this yesterday Kane calls me and Tells me to pay 14,000 to set off the balance or they will sue me. Great customer service . YOU ARE RECEIVING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE OF YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE BRANCH IN LOS ANGELES. I’ve called everyone and no one wanted to help me.

I really like the people that work there, Edgar, Steve. There front desk gave me water and some ice cream ?, really nice. The reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars is cause they recently changed to a call center. The call center really sucks. I use to be able to talk to Steve or Edgar and got my stuff. Now it has to go through a call center. Those guys don’t know left from right at the call center. I over night something and I had to wait 5 days to get it. John at the call center is rude as hell . I had some other issues, but this review would be to long. Please bring it back to what it use to be like

Excellent customer service they delivered my tractor for me. I had one issue and they came out and fixed it. No problem no charge because it was still under warranty. It was a very good experience. I must say fine. Large equipment is not fun it's scary especially when you don't have the means to bring it in for repairs. I will always recommend this company .
