I pick up my medications from this location. It's convenient for me because it's so close to my house. The only negative thing I have to say is that I never have luck reaching someone over the phone in the pharmacy. I refill the same meds every month but I hate when I have a question because this location is not the friendliest nor the most professional.

Came here for some Thrifty's. They had -2 flavors available at the ice cream bar. Before I could even ask if the guy behind the counter if he could get 1 scoop out of the cherry chip container, I got a big fat, "no." He then proceeds to scoop my husband the tiniest 1/4 scoop of strawberry ice cream. I mean, look at the photo. I feel disrespected. Don't come here to fulfill your Thrifty's dreams. :(

I called to check the status of a prescription and the pharmacist was extremely rude. She started calling out codes and got frustrated and told me I had to come in when I didn’t understand the codes she was talking about. I tried reading the information on the insurance card, but she interrupted and yelled, until I called her out on her rudeness. I rather wait another day without a prescription than deal with someone with zero manners or customer service and people skills.

I have been a Rite Aid customer for over six years and had the best customer service from the pharmacy. This location is horrible. The pharmacist has a terrible attitude and doesn't even want to try and help you. I had to go to another drug store to get a prescription the same day that the Rite Aid pharmacy said they couldn't get for three months!!

Literally the worst customer service experience ever. The pharmacist should not be allowed to interact with people. She was completely unable to let me finish a sentence without raising her voice and interrupting, I tried to tell her I didn't understand the information she was asking for and she got frustrated. I asked her to please repeat it and she yelled again. I had to call her out and ask her why she was being so rude and instead of apologizing she just said I needed to come in, in order to get help. Yeah right! No way I'm dealing with someone who hates life. Nope. I truly hope my call was recorded.

Worst Ever!! Constantly understaffed, and the staff that is working doesn't care! Machines work half the time. Specifically... Manager named Adam and Cashier named Elisza, thanks for taking the time to flirt with each other in front of a Giant line while the other Poor Cashier is taking abuse from other clients and trying to move the line as fast as possible. Go to Walgreens lol

Convenient to my home and a great place to get things you might not be able to get at your local grocery store plus they have a pharmacy and an ice cream parlor. The pharmacy is a bit slow. Rarely has more then 1 pharmacist and 1 check out so you can expect a wait even if no one is in front of you. They also let homeless hang out all around the store which creates a very unsafe and uncomfortable situation. If they fixed these two troubles it would be 5 stars from me.

Worst customer service by Kathy pharmacist. My Doctor hade faxed the prescription to the Rite Aid on 9-29-22 and I went next day and they had nothing and I came back on 09-31-22 and nothing that thehave to order and was going be ready on on September 6th because the long weekend and I came today September 6th and the excuse she gave me it's that they missed the order and she said all these with sarcastic attitude.

I had a simple prescription sent here morning of 2/27/22. Got there 5 mins before opening to pick up ASAP. Pharmacy supposed to open at 10. It was dark and locked up still. Nobody arrived until 1006 and then didn’t greet me until 1011. I was so sick and weak could barely stand but had to wait. They took my prescription and told me it won’t be ready for another hour. I came back an hour later and then they told me they don’t take Kaiser. Would’ve been nice to know the first time I was there. Asked them why was I able to check it in and told it would be filled in an hour and they told me it’s possible but Kaiser is out of network. Asked how much it costs cash and was told $389. Insane. Again, would’ve been nice to know initially. Also Kaiser had sent the prescription to this location for pickup.

You are always welcomed with a smile. Restroom is fairly clean. The Higgy station is my favorite but prescription takes too long.

Phone rings but no one picks up it goes back to a recording ..once it goes to the store the female had an attitude like she wants to be somewhere else besides servicing your needs..go to walgreens just down the street..

The staff and employees were friendly and made themselves available to help me. The floors were shiny and the shelves were neat, organized and full as expected with the national chains.There is a homeless problem I've noticed a few times now around this area. Stores should attempt to fix the problem before it gets out of hand. Some people might not feel safe shopping here.
