Stopped by to pick up eye drops for redness and was surprised to find the entire eye care aisle completely empty. As a pharmacy, the priority should be ensuring essential medications are available—rather than focusing so heavily on overpriced groceries and snacks.

Canyon Crest, The best Rite aid I've been to. The pharmacy folks are awesome and always have my meds ready to go. Always greeted with a smile and that ice cream is off the chart!

I visited the Rite Aid at Canyon Crest today and had a great experience. Upon entering, I was greeted by Edwin, who immediately asked if I needed help finding anything. He pointed me in the right direction, and I was able to locate my item quickly and easily. When it was time to check out, Ina assisted me at the register. She was very friendly and made the checkout process pleasant. Overall, the staff was helpful and welcoming I appreciate the excellent customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at Rite Aid thanks to Ina and Edwin! Their customer service was outstanding—both were incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered. They went above and beyond to make my visit easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine and attentive service these days. I love coming here the blonde lady is the sweetest lady I’ve encountered since shopping in that area. And one of the managers always greets me and seems to love his job and employees, or is an amazing actor. I guess we’ll never know?
