I fill my prescription here because it's convenient and close to my house, but every time I go to pick it up, there's a line of people inside and at the drive-thru, yet they only have one person working both lines. I spend about 30 to 40 minutes waiting time to find a new pharmacy.

It’s been my pharmacy for years but the wait is terribly long for no reason at all. I always do pay and go and continuously spend over 30- 40 minutes in order to pickup my prescriptions.

I've called multiple times today and every time the calls don't even get picked up, they get put on hold directly and I've been on hold for over 15 minutes each time until Ive decided to hangup because this is ridiculous. They need to hire more workers cuz that's crazy

This is the worst Rite Aid pharmacy customer service. The drive thru like always takes forever even when there is only one or two cars in line. Not to mention the older women with glasses is always beyond rude especially to those who do not speak English very well. She lacks empathy and understanding. Beyond rude and not helpful at all. Her name tag is too small to read from afar but her name starts with an N. She will ask for you to repeat what you’ve said many times and I’ll always respond kindly and she will talk back with a rude tone.

Waited in the prescription drive-thru line for 48 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. This is completely unacceptable. I will be going across the street to CVS for further prescriptions.

Waited 30 minutes for my prescription while the pharmasists in the back arguing...30 minutes to wait for my meds really...plus i was the only one i line!!

I have neuropathy due to spinal injury and it's comical to see me walk with a cane. This is the reason the drive thru pharmacy was a win. After dealing with the drive thru pharmacy and the employees there? I'd rather walk than deal with this location or RiteAid anymore. They're supposed to help people but cause problems more often than solve them....
